I like the quiet location away from all the heavy touristy part of Paris, also close to a couple of Metro stations. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Room and common areas were clean, a good value for money. The bathroom ceiling was chipping off of paint, there was also a bump on the floor near the bathroom due to water infiltration from the shower. This could be a tripping hazard. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Good breakfast with everything you need, impeccably clean, modern amenities, a lovely little courtyard to chart and air conditioning throughout. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and kind. The location is great, minutes away by foot from two metro stations, buses nearby as well, and the area is teeming with little restaurants and independent grocers, butchers and bakeries. It is close to the Eiffel Tower and can be done by foot, we felt safe and the area was lively but still quiet at times as we came in the beginning of August when Paris goes on holidays. The room is very small, functional but small. The mattress was starting to sag in the middle and it made for some uncomfortable nights.

The room was lovely and clean. Great location with lots of shops and bars and restaurants near by. Metro right round the corner. The room was very small. Smaller than I thought it would be.

Excellent location, near the metro station and bus stations. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood with all the restaurants and groceries nearby. Rooms are a bit small (small space to fully open a medium trolley), but it's worth it for the price that I paid.

the room is very small than expectation. not enough space to keep the luggage for a 3 day visit for a couple. the lock did not work for the first night but they fixed it the next morning. Location is good easy access to the metro and good eating places. the facilities are good. Staff was helping and caring.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring Rouen. Overall, everything was well organized and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was a bit smaller than expected, especially if you are staying with luggage. The breakfast was good, but we felt it could offer a little more variety.
