The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly, though the shower area was too small. location

Bed was comfortable. Fan helped keep room cool Only one coffee cup should have had 2 cups for 2 people & only one coffee pod. Should have had 4

Easy to come in and out. Nice soft bed. Very small room. Small bathroom and toilet.
-
The fan is connected with the lights! So if you want to turn on the fan you also have to turn on the lights

Miserably hot. Staff never changed linnens despite saying that would. Lights had to be on all night to run the small fan. Loud kids yelling and screaming all day.

The room, 23, is very small but clean. My issue is with the staff and the folks responsible for communicating through the app. The roo was extremely hot. The small fan on the ceiling works but not enough. In order to run the fan, the lights must also remain on. This was confirmed by the staff. Because there is no AC in the room, we kept the only window open 24/7. Unfortunately there is an elementary school just outside. The sound kids screaming and laughing is heard all day, along with local construction. Despite promising to do so, the linnen was never changed. They did eventually bring fresh towels two days after requested. Poor communication and a super hot room with no relief were major problems that went unresolved. Oh yes, the fridge in the room barely kept items cool. I might recommend this place in fall or spring so long as you need no assistance from staff and you dont need a fridge. Otherwise, stay away. The stress is not worth it. I was told my issues would be elevated to "management" but after over a week and no response, I'll likely never hear from them again. No compensation or response. Buyer beware. Communication, unkempt word, and no resolution or response.

Very hot and only way to get any air was to open the windows to a very loud street.

The location was good, just a short walk from the expensive stores of Paris! had great restaurant choices and supermarkets available for just a short walk we stayed for 6 nights and we would have preferred that the towels are changed after a few nights as it could not dry up due to the weather being very early spring.

The location was good we could wallk to the Effel Town and the Arc de Triompe easily. It was a clean and had a nice little kitchen if you felt like preparing a meal there. When we arrived at the room there were two people already in the room. There was some kind of booking error, because the two people belonged in a different room. They had to text the host to get things straight. What I couldn't figure out is, if they had a different room, how did the door code allow them in to a room they didn't belong.

The location is very convenient and the building is well situated for getting around Paris. The listing was wrong. It was advertised as a “two-bedroom / two-room apartment”, however one of the bedrooms does not have a proper separate door, meaning it is not an independent bedroom and offers no privacy. This is a key requirement when booking a two-bedroom stay. We raised this issue immediately with photos, but the host insisted there was nothing wrong and did not provide a fair solution. This is not a matter of preference — an independent bedroom requires a proper door for privacy. The listing did not disclose this limitation. The host insisted the layout was acceptable and did not acknowledge the mismatch with the listing description.

None All unsanitary, They did not clean the apartment and did not change the bedsheets and pillow cover, odor of the previous person who stayed still lingers on the room.

Bathroom is not clean and comfortable.

I absolutely love Paris. The host was great with making me feel welcome and communicating necessary info for my stay. The room was very clean and cozy with all of the features that I like (i.e. microwave, frig, etc.) and you cannot get a better location. I would definitely stay here again! N/A

The unit was small and compact but can fit 4 people fine. Since this is an apartment then we could not store our luggage in the property before check in. There was additional city tax that we need to pay prior checking out.

It was close to the Champs Elysees. The power went out for 24 hours. No radiator when it was 30° outside. No lights whatsoever. No information on updates once reported. No staff on site. A previous message said that breakfast was offered. But breakfast was not even an option. There has been no communication about my request for a refund for the last night. I had to leave because I could not take a shower or do any work before my flight left. Overall, this was a terrible, terrible stay.

Location We book it to new Year and both days 30, 31 and 1 The power went out. It was very disappointed because we could be ready properly for the party we had on 31 and also we went to the airport on the 1st without power. It was very small room and the price very hight for that room .

The location was outstanding. Very close to the Champs Élysée with easy access to the metro. The apartment was clean. The beds were decent. The building had power problems. We spent our last night without power, wi-fi, lights and heat. The rental agency no longer provides transportation assistance as they advertise. The kitchenette could have benefited with having some sort of knife to cut fruit/bread/vegetables.

Very disappointed in this booking. The property cancelled the day of arrival and offered me a place across town even after a room was guaranteed . Be cautious when booking this stay and have flexible travel plans.

The room was very cosy, no door for the doublebed room. sound proofing was very bad, I could hear the noise from vehicles outside and noise from ppl next door/ next apartment.
