There were no additional services. No lights in the stairwell. This was very concerning, as you had to climb 3 - 4 floors of stairs to get to the location of the set aside apartment area. I didn't see any indication of this prior to booking. Great location, but I would not book again when traveling alone. I was not able to leave suitcase after checking out.

The hotel's location is excellent and was one of the highlights of my stay. It is within easy reach of all the main attractions in Paris, and the neighborhood itself has plenty to offer, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. There is also a small supermarket directly across the street, which proved very convenient for picking up essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, although on the small side, which is fairly typical for Paris. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant view over the Paris rooftops, which added to the overall charm of the stay. The room was also equipped with a small refrigerator and basic cooking facilities, making it easy to prepare a simple meal when needed. What I didn't like: Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air conditioning. We happened to visit during one of the hottest periods of the year, and with only a fan available, the heat in the room became quite uncomfortable. This meant that we could not return to the hotel during the day to rest or cool down, as the room was often even warmer than the temperature outside. I also found the access system to the building rather inefficient. Guests have to use the intercom and wait for an automated system to redirect the call to someone who can unlock the door remotely. On several occasions, we had to try multiple times before anyone responded. One evening, at around 10:00 p.m., we had to wait more than 10 minutes before being let in, which was frustrating.

The location is amazing ? The instructions to get in were a bit vague

This is an amazing place, just a 5-minute walk from the Louvre Museum and right next to the metro station. After reading some previous reviews, I expected there might be some issues with entering the room, but in reality everything was clear, professional, and comfortable. The apartment has everything needed for living and even cooking, with plenty of thoughtful details, wardrobes, shelves, and storage space. The hosts were always available and responsive, and there was also a hairdryer and an iron provided. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I rarely give a 10 in reviews, but here there’s simply nothing else to say. Everything was really great. The bed is bit small for a two person.

Location is fantastic Nothing all was well

Good room, good location. Horrible customer service. The code they gave to enter the apartment complex did not work. We got locked out multiple times for hours. We tried to message and call them multiple times, but no one answered.

Breakfast was great. Apartment was amazing, great shower nice kitchen and location was perfect! There was early morning construction every day except one which no one warned us about. My biggest complaint is the system of getting in the building. The code on the WS door locked us out on 2 occasions and I couldn’t get anyone to help us

The location is the only good thing about it. We had a very confusing communication with the property which made us waste an entire morning and half of the afternoon trying to solve. No where to leave luggage when we had to change rooms, no one to talk to when the room code didn't work and a lot of time wasted waiting for their reply. Besides that, the room smelled, the beds were uncomfortable and the overall experience was very negative.

The location The duvet cover hadn't been changed after the previous guest. We only discovered this in the evening, and the next day the cleaning lady left so early that we ended up sleeping with the same duvet cover for two nights. The online staff was always available and helped promptly (thank you!), except for one person, whom we clearly woke up at 12 midnight when the door to the room wouldn't open. He mumbled something and clearly didn't want to talk. In the end, he told us to ignore this technical problem and press harder on the door. CoodAlso (but this is just advice) - the instructions on how to enter the building and the room need to be clarified and improved a bit. For example, it says to press the "bell", but there is no bell on the control panel (it turns out you need to press #).

I like the place, the area being next to places that we want to go. All the instructions given were accurate, except one. there are 4 security system that we had to go through in order to reach our room. all of them were accurate except for the 2nd instruction on how to open the 1st floor door via____. it only says press ___ on the interphone, then wait. Very in-accurate instruction, we were holded for 15-30 mins sometimes until another person comes in or out, then we were able to get through. We found the correct procedure after 2 days when my nephew visited us, we waited for the music to come-up then the word "porte ovre" comes, then the door can be open. Its that simple. I had called and talked to two staff of your facility, communicated through messages too...no one told me about this. How can you employ people that does not provide good details. They told me to press ___and then wait, that's it. I was told to wait for what, how many seconds, etc? it was very frustrating. They had not provided what I had written above.

Place was comfortable, cleaned and great space. Location was 200/10 All amenities and more.

Excellent location, rooms overlooking the courtyard were quiet, comfortable mattress, clean studio and ample storage. Our only hesitation about booking this apartment again or recommending it is the frustration caused by the staff not answering the internal callbox or direct calls in a timely manner to grant us access. Multiple phone calls requesting access had to be made at my expense during our stay. The longest wait was over 20 minutes which costed me $5 in phone fees. Other guests at WS Louvre-Tuileries experienced the same issue during our stay. It would be simple and efficient just to give guests an access code to the callbox. There are 4 layers of security to get into the apartment: an external door code at street level, the callbox, an internal door code to the suite of studios, and each individual unit has another door code. For improved comfort, the room really needs a nightstand on each side of the bed and a couple of extra pillows. There was only a cellphone-sized shelf on one side of the bed. So, we had to use the chairs as nightstands for cell phones, CPAP equipment, etc. There were only 2 very thin pillows on the bed. It was impossibly uncomfortable to sit up in bed to read or watch TV. A couple of decorative pillows as pictured in the lusting or any additional pillows would have been greatly appreciated. If these hiccups are resolved, we would happily make this our regular home base in Paris.

It is impossible to contact someone in charge. They do not answer email or text It is impossible to contact someone in charge. They do not answer email or text

Very close to the main attractions and centrally located. Too many access codes. The lift is located in the 1st floor. So if you are coming in with luggage, you have to unlock so many doors using codes, climb steps etc which is sort of inconvenient.

We had everything we needed, a warm and fully endowed little studio, very recently restored, all shining bright, very close to everything like museums, shopping centers, big boulevards, metro and bus stations, or even walking distance. We really enjoyed it. Staff did everything from the distance even to help us if needed. All perfect. Thank you. The entrance via several codes was a bit frustrating but understandable to keep the place safe. We would suggest the secong entrance call to WS (which is not well explained on how to do it exactly with arrow and call buttons) should be replaced by a numeric code instead of the telephone. It takes a while to respond and get the door opened to the main building towards the elevator, and in case of an emergency a nuissance. One night we came from the Opera and for several times the call was hung up untill finally they opened the door. It is a step too long and I guess depends on humans which might not be there or vigilant all the time.

everything <3 nothing

The inside of the room is really nice and the location good. Getting into the room was extremely frustrating. The instructions to get through the first floor door are useless. The first floor door doesn’t open and each time I wanted to get back into my room I would have to wait 20-30 minutes pressing the interphone button so they could open the door however no one ever opened it and I would have to call and wait on hold another 10-15 minutes to get through to someone who could open the door. Collectively throughout the days I stayed here I waisted 1:30-2 hours of time standing waiting to get through the door. It was a very annoying process and it put a damper on each day coming back to the room and having to wait a half hour just to get in.

Absolutely terrible experience! First we couldn't get into the apartment and nobody picked up the phone and they let us stand there with bags for like 30 minutes. Then they finally picked up the phone and they said that they're gonna figure out what is going on and call back, but nobody ever called us back. Then we finally got in, because somebody else was leaving and opened the door but when we opened our apartment we found out that it's a completely different apartment than the one we chose and paid for. So we called them again and they said we should send them an email, so we did but nobody ever answered that email again. And then when we wanted to finally go out and enjoy the city, we couldn't lock the door from our apartment, so we called them again and told them that we are stuck there because we cannot leave out stuff and laptops there unlocked all day and they again said that they will call us back and nobody called us for two days. I really do not recommend this accommodation, we were there just for two nights and we didn't see anything because 90 % of the time we were dealing with these problems.
