WS Opéra-Folies Bergères

As far as I can tell, it's a converted garage into a 2-bed apartment: 1 bed is in the main room with kitchen and dining table, the other bed is in a closed off room. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen has a small bar fridge. Location is convenient for restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, and walking distance to the metro station. Since it was winter time, we found it difficult to heat up the main room, but the bedroom was cozy and warm for my mother. When one night another family stayed in the other converted garage next door, we could practically hear their conversation.

Functional accommodation that met our needs for 3 separate sleeping areas. Everything worked OK admit it was a good base for exploring Paris. It was good to have kettle and coffee machine, but nowhere to plug them in near a table or stable surface, so had to improvise with a chair. The images on the listing don't match the apartment. It would have been helpful to be advised of the ongoing road works in the courtyard that started at 8am, with no insulation and poor fitting windows they were virtually in the room! Curtain to fit the windows would also be good and help stop drafts.

Location and comfortable beds Window between 2 bedrooms, other bedroom in sitting room with no door. The curtains didn’t close properly which was very annoying as the bed next to this was beside the street. It also seemed like our apartment was used as a storage room for ladders, cleaning products and toilet rolls.

Nice and organized All the toilet paper that is placed in the room.

Awesome location! And with the helpful guide they provided, it was really easy to find the place. Our apartment had all the basic stuff you need, we had a great stay there.

Nothing The fact we couldn’t even access the property except for somebody letting us through the door. The keysafe was empty and there was no fob.

Only the location was good. Did not look like the pictures at all! The check in process was fucked up! Very slow and rude and not understanding people at their customer service.

The location is perfect. There are all facilities you need to feel like at home. It was a very nice surprise that someone from staff came to check on us and told us whom to contact if we need anything. The second room was too hot, no air even if you use fan it’s gets too warm.

Nothing. The photos show a very different picture from reality There was nothing good about this place. It was dirty, including some of the bed linen, and very uncomfortable. The apartment is in a poor state and needs renovations. The kitchen is tiny so very difficult to cook in here. They say that they are at your disposal for whatever you need; yet take over 24hrs to get back to you and even then don’t address your issues. We arrived back one day to the apartment door wedged open whilst the cleaner was accessing a secure cupboard. Anyone could have accessed our belongings - terrible! And no surprise that no one has bothered to respond. Location ok in sense of proximity to metro but was in a very noisy courtyard, and on the ground floor we heard everything and anything. Very bad service and place. We would suggest elsewhere.
