Loud humming motor from ceiling fan. Excessively hot, do not book during summer heatwaves.

It was in a great location. Dsappointing stay at WS Opéra-Galeries Lafayette (Godot 35) – Not suitable for families "We stayed at the WS Opéra-Galeries Lafayette apartment (Godot 35) in Paris and had a very bad experience. The place is not suitable for families at all. It looks nothing like the photos and is way too small for 4 people; we felt uncomfortable the entire time due to the lack of space. To make matters worse, the bathroom and the corridors constantly smelled like an ashtray. They really need to update their photos and admit that this accommodation is only meant for 2 people. We are leaving very disappointed and hope to never come back."

Nothing It took the manager three emails to answer to me, only on the second day I was trying to contact him. The coffee maker was broken. I wanted to report it, but this is supposed to happen via a QR code. The QR code was leading to a dead link The room had no soundproofing. I could hear everybody in the corridor - and I have hearing issues, imagine what a healty person hears. I arrived on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning someone left materials for the cleaning crew, in the middle of the corridor. They were removed on Thursday morning. The room had a small table and two chairs. However there was no room for both chairs, so they had them one on top of the other. This meant that I had nowhere to sit, except the bed. The entire buildings had a peculiar smell. To conclude: this is a 50 Euros per night room that was charged 220 Euros per night.

Great location! Staff were really great and wrote us before we arrived to see if we wanted to move locations due to some construction in the area and were very accommodating! It was very hot due to no AC. Would be good to have a standing fan (there is a ceiling fan but still would be great to have more)

Only the location Everything literally it very narrow 2 connected rooms 20m , dirty, the door wasn’t opening no one checked back if we manage to enter the room,they never clean the room or add tissues or change towel despite several requests, the ventilation is not good u feel boiling in the room, the floor was oily, the property confirmed a refund of 10% due to construction that was going on in addition to all the above and till date we just get back and forth unnecessary clarifications about the bank details that was shared for more that 2 weeks now

The location of the apartment is really good. 4-5 minute walk to Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. Very safe area. Close to a metro station and bus stations for public transport. The toilet flushers were broken. We asked the staff to come and fix it, they came but didn't really fix it. It was broken the whole time we were there. They gave us 1 toilet paper roll! We were a family of 4 people, and we stayed for 2 nights. There was no AC in the apartment, just ceilings fans, which were really loud. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. This apparent is nice only if you want a great location and travel all day and come back just for shower and sleep.

Auber metro exit 3 juat around 5 mins walk. The staffs are responding to each of our questions. ( very helpful). Online check in and the instruction is very clear. Nothing

Looked like the photos. Windows opened fully which I appreciated when it was warm. It also had a kettle and kitchen was quite well equipped. There were some areas which could do with touching up-a few damp corners and some rough painting but nothing serious.

As our property was changed last minute, I did not get to experience the property at all. We were switched last minute ( and no reply to e-mails where I eventually had to make an international call to get details confirmed of the new accommodation in a totally different area of Paris. I had specifically booked a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds. Ended up with a room with 1 double bed and bunk beds in a separate tiny tiny little ‘bedroom’! Bed was so narrow as was the room- it was quite claustrophobic. The new apartment was very clean - 3 Nespresso pods left there to use Not what I had booked!

A cozy appartment in the city center. Location is perfect. Opera Garnier, gallery Lafayette and Printemps are located within walking distance. The staff is very helpful.

Good location for getting to attractions, and food / drinks, next door to supermarket. 2 bedrooms and comfortable beds. It’s very small pictures are misleading. It’s also quite difficult to locate and get into with all the codes, and not easy for find from the street. There is no where to leave luggage so if you arrive early be prepared to pay to store your luggage somewhere (it’s not cheap if you have multiple bags / cases). Neighbours were very loud.
