The stuff was welcoming and helpful, room was clean and cozy, though not that big, but this is common for Paris) Location might be not that convenient in some cases, so i’d advise to check with google maps if it works for your POIs. Elevator is very narrow, might be an issue for some people

Le personnel était particulièrement sympathique et attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La chambre donnait sur une minuscule cour intérieure, et n’avait pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

The room was perfect for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, with US-style private bathroom, AC, mini-fridge, & safe. The stairs were a bit tough as the automatic light sensors did not work reliably at night. Was a bit of a walk to the nearest metro.

Staff is super friendly and very flexible. the hotel is small but clean and the rooms are well equipped with everything that is needed. Overall a good experience One of the room had a bed that could only fit one adult...not 2 (but advertised as a double bed)! the bathroom is extremely small...

Location I told the staff member that my refrigerator wasn’t working and they were like it’s working. It wasn’t, but I didn’t bother to go back and say it wasn’t again. Also when I arrive. I stood outside for a long time, ringing the bell and ringing the bell and nobody arrived. I don’t like that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location No kettle or hot drink facility in room. Whilst breakfast was ok. Would have liked the option to choice what we wanted instead of being given the food, as I don't eat meat and it was wasted. Also noticed that other guests left food they didn't want.

Friendly receptionist, very clean and tidy, room comfy enough, decent location and a fair price Bust loo seat didn’t look good, very dark corridors with heavy doors and hard to see switches for lights, hard work with a bag! Radiator always on so the only way to control the temp was to open the window. Is this what you call four star?
