Good location, near some metro stations. Communication was good. Room is a little old, bathroom door did not close (and I was not alone). I don't think it match the price.

Absolutely terrible experience. The whole hotel had strange, unpleasant smells everywhere. The rooms are ridiculously small, the walls feel like cardboard, and there is constant noise all day and night. You can hear literally everything from every neighboring room. It honestly felt more like an abandoned hospital than a hotel. There was dirt on the floors and the bathroom was not properly cleaned either. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would definitely not recommend.

The property is affordable and basic but very convenient to Paris. The manager was exceptionally helpful and accommodating to us. We were staying at the hotel as part of our move and transition to Paris for work. He went above and beyond as we navigated our move (dates, banks, guidance). More than we could have asked for!! This is an economic no frills hotel. Clean and basic. So if you want all the American extras you will have to do that on your own. But there’s a great grocery store across the street, great restaurants and everything you might need within a few blocks.

Room was clean and neat. Location was near to Metrostation.

The room was bigger and cleaner than expected! The water in the bathroom was hot, the bed was pretty comfortable, and the surrounding neighborhood was quite pleasant.

It's a minimal cost for minimal facilities in a great location. I got what I paid for. No complaints. It was clean and basic. Apparently, not all rooms have showers - mine did.

I already knew there wasn't an elevator, but just be prepared to haul all bags up a curvy staircase.

Good location

This was a perfect short-stay place. The staff was fun and very helpful. The area is full of shops and restaurants and a little store across the street. It is a block away from the metro/train station and a block away from a small park (great for picnic lunches). I shared a toilet, but had my own shower. There are other options for rooms, too, if you want more. Hiking up the winding staircase was tricky, but typical of older places in Paris.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, very close to both bus and metro stations, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafés. The 24-hour reception was a big plus, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was clean and got cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The facilities are basic, but considering the price, it’s a great value for money. there’s no elevator, but we were on the second floor, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The room was kind of clean... At check in, we were given a piece of paper with the keycode number to open the door. Very unprofessional. Someone came to clean the room during the day and just walked in whilè we were still in bed. They would know the room was still occupied if they had proper management and checking in and checking out. Everything is old. There is no colour. There were really odd things in the room like kitchen roll laid on the table for some reason and in the bin rather then a bag for the rubbish. The bedding was old and there was no spare bedding and it was cold. The 'cafeteria' has a dirty looking microwave and a coffee machine that was unplugged and clearly maybe 20/30 years old and no longer in use. The place smells old and musty. This is not a hotel. The only thing I can say is that the bed sheets and towels seemed clean and the shower was OK apart from you need to hold the shower head in order to wash yourself because its stuck in one position and sprays out towards the wall ..the room was clean but it's old and depressing with no colour and no special touches. Nothing basic like a kettle or tea/coffee. Many hostels are much more comfortable... It's laughable that they charged €150 for two nights. Absolute rip-off and one of the most disappointing places I've stayed in ever! I think the fact I was happy there was at least a coffee machine then realising it was unplugged, was ancient, and didn't work on closer inspection..made me wonder how they git away with charging me that much fir two nights when it's worth about €15 per night in my opinion because it's not a hotel, its a room with a bed and shower and not even a nice one!

We spent Christmas and New Year at this hotel and everything was superlative! The location is very good, connected to the rest of the city by all types of transport. The hotel staff was extremely kind and attentive to our wishes. The room was cleaned daily without us asking for it, even on Sundays or holidays. We were very impressed by the services we received and the treatment far exceeded our expectations! We have nothing to complain about!

Room was clean and spacious. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate. Located near a metro station, restaurants and across the street from a supermarket. Couldn't have been more convenient. Room had a bit of an odour.

Quick check in and basic facilities Lots of noise because of renovation work on the building. Even during the evening lots of noise from the plumbing of the adjacent shared shower room. In the morning a cockroach in my bathroom

I had an excelent stay :) The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. And the staff was super friendly & welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, but at the same time one can find many restaurants and coffee shops in the surroundings. I would definitely come back!

Very simple hotel but with advantages ? ❗Good price! Clean room, tonight not noisy, you can sleep without stress also matras not bad, renovated shower room with toilet, helpful host, good breakfast near hotel, close to metro. Everything is ok for this price if you calculate you are in Paris?
