Location and the cleanliness was spot on. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the fact they don’t have mini fridge in the room I found it weird.

Very proactively for my travels , it’s close to Metro 14. Having a small balcony is amazing . Have been staying here many times already Have to wait to check in until 15:00

Very modern, amazing price / quality ratio and definitely one of my best stays in Paris so far. Room service not available during the afternoon, only when bar / kitchen opens at 6.30pm

Nice hotel in a great neighborhood, close to the metro. the room was small but did meet the expectations. good breakfast. the gym is super small. the plates at the breakfast buffet were not properly washed.

There was an African receptionist (a woman); she was tall, but she was the only one who was polite. The other receptionists were very arrogant and rude. The kitchen staff were also friendly. However, the breakfast was inadequate ? The front desk staff are very arrogant ?? They constantly ask for extra fees. The booking page says "all taxes included," but when you arrive at the hotel, they ask for an additional tax. The parking fee is €30. That’s not reasonable at all. There’s nothing for breakfast. There isn’t even a breakfast room. They’ve put a few items in a small room. You have to take them and eat in the lobby. The parking lot is very small. The entrance is very narrow. Your car might get scratched. The area around the hotel isn’t very safe. There was a drunk person when I entered the hotel. A little further on, there was a crazy person talking to themselves. The rooms were dirty. There was a water bottle left under the bed.
