Hôtel Maison Saint Charles

No fridge, No air conditioning, can’t sleep during night.

The location of the hotel was OK. It had a pleasant garden at the back. We booked for 4 nights, but we only stayed for 3 hours. There were 34 degrees Celsius outside (in May, crazy!!) and 33 degrees Celsius inside the room, no AC!!!, just a very noisy fan that could only lower the temperature to 30 degrees Celsius in 3 hours. Also, the room was on the small side.

Very cosy and clean rooms. Nice staff. Quiet and well located. Affordable. A whatsapp contact would be good for guests who don't have French simcards. Also, additional pillows and blanket should be available upon request.

There was a smell at the entrance and in the bathroom.

The breakfast was not good at all. No egges! Coffee was like a brown water. The hot water for tea was not boiling water and it was cold. The beds were so soft and we got backache. They are not accepting cash and they should mention it in their reservation.

Good location. Close to metro and convenient to get to all the attractions. Extremely friendly staff. Triple room is a bit small for three person

Location is convenient, just next to metro Convention! The look does NOT have aircon, which is not a good idea for summer in Paris

No electric kettle.

Location, staff, chapel, the view from the window and inner patio are amazing! Lack of a kettle, and kind of tableware, no tv, no hairdryer. Breakfast was an awkward experience in complete silence and only processed food.

Location is great for the metro. Staff were lovely, friendly and humorous. In the room we could hear the low rumble of the trains in the metro, but they don't run all night so it wasn't a problem. Good clean bathroom. My sheets on my bed had some bloodstains, they were small and didn't bother me but this would be a problem for some. There was no information in the room for visitors which would have been helpful. Breakfast stopped at 9am so we missed it, as we were on holiday and didn't want to get up so early. We had a twin room and it was a little cramped for friends to share but ok for one night.

Modern, clean, super comfortable bed and cosy duvet! Tasty breakfast!! I was not sure how to gain access as it was a bit late

The room was clean and staff very welcoming and fruendly8 . We liked a location as it was close to metro and within close distance by foot to some city sightseeings like Orse or Eiffel tower, but most important the area belongs to locals and is not touristic district. Lots of shops, restaurants close by and weekend food market gave us an opportunity to feel local life or parisians and we loved it No tv or hair dryer in a room. Rooms decor is very basic but clean.

We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The room was cleaned daily. Location is excellent as it is very close to metro entrance. The breakfast is not diverse at all. Expect some croissants, bread, butter and some honey.

Nothing Poor room , poor air conditioner, poor management. Suffered a lot
