Beautiful property and the one bedroom condo was fantastic!! Close to restaurants and shops!! Loved our stay!

Clean room

Upon arrival they told us we had to pay $25 a night for parking. Nowhere on the booking was this disclosed. The parking garage wasn't even big enough for everyone to park. So if the parking lot filled up, you had use valet parking. So then you had to pay a tip on top the the $25 you already paid for the valet . At 10:00 at night our ceiling began leaking water. It ended up being the air conditioning that was leaking. It took over an hour for them to arrive and complete the fix. We had to be up early the next day and no compensation was given.

Rooms were clean but very out dated, especially for the amount of money I spent to stay here for one night. The room walls are very thin, you can hear everything next door and especially the rooms above you. I would not recommend staying here. The property looks really beautiful on the outside but once you are in the elevators, then hall ways and into your room and that’s when you get the movie “The Shining” vibes. Check out is at 10am which is another huge con but that’s my fault for not paying attention when booking. Customer service was good but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Full kitchen, spacious for kids. Parking not very many was available. Small parking garage. Check in not until 4pm

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, great pool & jacuzzi, restaurants just across the street & access to hiking trails and concert venues was very convenient. Will definitely return!

Maintain well

Property was overall really nice. But I was really frustrated because I had teserved a king room. I arrived and they gave me double queens. I told them I had reserved a king studio suite and they said they only way to ensure a king room was to call after reserving online. So silly. Down know if that is reall the process or if this guy was just blowing snok3, but frustrated we didnt get what we reserved and there was zero effort to try and fix it.

The suite was clean, welcoming and very spacious. The only issue we had was the bed- it was quite hard. It looked plush and soft at first glance, but our overconfidence in getting into the bed had us grumbling 🙃

We had a great stay at the Sunrise. The property was clean, and updated. The pool area was awesome and the grounds were well maintained. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

It was a wonderful property with restaurants near by.
