Trash outside my door for over 24 hours and was not from my room. Towels and robes outside my door that were not mine

Took a group of 20 there. Friendly helpful staff, nice rooms. Enjoyed our experience.

Staff was friendly and outgoing. Room was clean and tidy. Adult pool was closed to to damage and maintenance. Will definitely plan another vacation with this hotel in mind.

Everything and everyone was wonderful! We came here for our August babymoon and it was the perfect fit for what we needed. It was in the middle of all other resorts in this area so we could do a bunch of walking around, they even had a country music festival too which was such a pleasant surprise. I'd say the only thing that was a bummer was the closing and opening times of a majority of the restaurants, many closed at 9pm. Also, even though it was off season, I wish there were more shops open. The pizza/ice cream place would have been perfect for the summer.

This was a terrible establishment and a maze of corridors to get top you tiny room
-
Location, restaurant Room is very poorly designed and uncomfortable. Bathroom prominently occupies the center of the space. No desk or table in the room

It was wonderful! We loved the full kitchen, big bedroom, living room!! Steam shower was amazing and a wonderful upgrade!

Ideal location!!!! Hide a bed was miserably uncomfortable. WiFi was very poor; couldn’t stay online more than a few minutes.

Great service

The location was great for the gondola. The room was a bit cramped for being called a luxury suite.

Activities for the kids The whole resort was being worked on while we were there. Clean staff and maintenance staff were extremely nice but they would use same elevators as guest. Coffee shop located at resort was always filled in the morning with front desk management and business office employees made us feel uninvited. Also was never told about the whole resort what was offered where everything was had to figure out everything ourselves.

Room was as advertised, very comfy and up to date. We were recorded in the pool by a staff member that was replacing the towels. Apparently there was thunderstorms and the pool was closed for 30 minutes, there is 2 entrances to the pool and only one was blocked with signs so we didn’t see it, but he pulled out his personal phone and recorded us, about 5 minutes later security came and was going to talk to us but then they realized the lighting had stopped and opened the pool on that side. I should never have my privacy invaded by an employee, there’s already cameras all over there was no need to record me and my wife on his private device. Management still has yet to reach out.
