The pipes squealed from 10 seconds for up to 2 minutes everytime we flushed the toilet.

This is an excellent hotel. I would highly recommend. Well maintained, comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff, terrific breakfast ( especially the mini quiche). Nice clean hot tub and pool outdoors.

Pool and Jacuzzi is outside, and makes it inconvenient to used in winter. Also, the elevators instead of being in the middle of the room building, it makes it a long walk to reach your room in the corner of the second floor. For being a Hyatt I was surprised the rooms did not have bottle water and there was no half and half milk for coffee.

My only complaint was that I asked for a recommendation on somewhere to eat that had good outdoor seating. They were aware we were there for my daughter's birthday so they knew we were looking for something a little nicer, but suitable for teens. Unfortunately she only had one recommendation on where not to go and then he proceeded to do a Google search with me standing there. It didn't take away from her being nice and knowledgeable of the hotel, but was a disappointment for someone who isn't local.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaints are the bathroom didn't have a vent, or at least a working one, unsure of which. And the pool and hot tub are very small, the pictures are a little deceiving. Otherwise good location and family friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the loaner bikes. There’s a terrific coffee shop right next door.

I had hoped for a better experience. The food was disappointing, and the customer service did not feel attentive or professional.

we love staying at Hyatt it is close to everything yet not in the congestion of the traffic!!

Staff had trouble keeping the coffee urn filled during the breakfast time. I believe the staff was just not paying attention. The bar area was understaffed in the afternoon. It seemed that the front desk person was also the bartender.

We had to wait for over an hour past check-in time to do so. House-keeping wasn't ready for new guests at 4:00.
