Rooms were not really clean. Our rooms bedding had dust mites that resulted in my wife getting a rush.

The cleanliness in our room. Someone opening the door whilst I was inside taking a nap. Not too sure if a same key can open for different rooms. Cause I am sure I had locked the door. But then someone opened and quickly closed when they realised I was there. ? that freaked me out?

Was comfortable and met expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and everything was working. It was the best shower I have had in a long time. Small but the water pressure was excellent

Comfort of the whole place. The smell of smoke in the place - I hate smoke. My family member recently died of throat cancer - due to smoking. It was upsetting.
