Initial room provided was very small however this was changed to meet our satisfaction There should be a lounge area in the hotel for relaxation

Cleanliness and location of the hotel. Friendliness of the staff and recommendations of places to go to around i.e. we wanted to watch eat and watch rugby and they recommended a great place. The body wash bottles were empty and therefore we had to rely on the small soap we had brought as we discovered this while in the shower. This almost resulted in an accident as my partner had to step out of the shower wet to grab the soap and he slipped while stepping back into the shower.

Quick easy check in. Clean room, spacious bathroom. Quiet street. Secure parking 10am check out time is a bit early. Breakfast srved 8-9am so doesnt leave time to do parkrun and get back for breakfast before having to leave.

Everything was good ? The fact that there was no breakfast available on a public holiday. They must make provision for it. Now you must go out to eat breakfast somewhere else. Did we know this we whould have booked somewhere else.
