Hyatt Place Pasadena

My son is attending college nearby and we will definitely return. The staff was helpful, the property was very clean, and amenities were useful. A delicious breakfast, parking, and gym facilities were all utilized. We loved the easy walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants.

We try to book this hotel as often as possible for clients. The location is especially convenient. They love the breakfast in the mornings and tell us the beds are very comfortable.

Lovely room. Great breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. No housekeeping unless you ask. Brought fresh towels upon request but didn’t take away old ones. Maybe I should have been clearer.

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing it had a variety and everything was so fresh. The check in process was easy. Check your sheets in the light specifically down comforter. Otherwise everything is clean.

The staff was always positive, professional, personable, and accommodating. The rooms were large, comfortable, sunny, and spotless. A perfect location if you like to get out and do a little shopping or walk to Old Pasadena restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Skipped the breakfast as it didn’t look great. Pretty basic breakfast, so preferred to eat somewhere else.

Clean, quiet, excellent bedding, and new furniture. Also: very good breakfast. Nothing not to like.

​I want to start by saying that the hotel itself appears new and very well-maintained. Our room was clean, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and pleasant throughout our stay. I must share a highly frustrating experience regarding the parking situation. We returned late one evening after a very long and exhausting day exploring Los Angeles with my family. To my complete surprise, there were no parking spots left in the hotel’s parking garage, despite the fact that I had specifically paid for a room that included parking. ​The receptionist casually informed us that this is a routine occurrence. We were directed to park in a public parking lot (provided for free). Unfortunately, this off-site lot is not directly accessible to the hotel. We had to exit the public parking facility and walk outside through a public area late at night just to reach the hotel entrance. ​This was incredibly inconvenient and difficult for a tired family returning after a long day
