The rooms were not well thought out from the mattress choice to the glass door on the bathroom to the poor maintenance of the bathroom (sink pulling away from wall won’t drain normally) and confusing configuration of light switches and plugs, making it hard to charge things or know what light you’re turning on or off. Not good mattresses at all, if u stay on 5th floor you may get to hear tables and chairs being rearranged at all hours of the morning and evening from the rooftop restaurant. Staff was nice for the couple that I interacted with except for the valet. They were very rude and tried to prevent my sister from loading her baby into the car seat in the front of the hotel, which is where we normally would load and unload luggage and a baby. I have never stayed at a hotel that prevented me from loading or unloading my car in the porte-cochere, especially with a baby! This was one of three hotels on a road trip. It was the most expensive and fanciest hotel, and it was easily at the bottom of our list. Definitely expected much much better from a Marriott property! Sadly aside from the location and lovely lobby and lobby bar I cannot recommend to stay here.

This is already a strong review. A slightly polished version: Excellent location. The property is new, with spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient—an easy walk to downtown, Old Pasadena, shopping, attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A special shout-out to Ms. Ramos at the front desk, who was wonderful during check-in and very helpful with advice and guidance. She was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location, and I would happily recommend this hotel. Parking was difficult

I want to say our stay was 10/10. The room was clean, the morning staff were super friendly and professional. The breakfast was okay but for 20 dollars I would expect more variety. It was some fruit, yogurt, toast, juice, scones, churros and cereal but not bowls. You had a choice between two different egg dishes. It was good. But again for 20 dollars a person I think it could be more. We couldn’t get into our room on time. We had a concert to go to and had to be there by 4:30 and we were supposed to get our room at 4 and by 4:15 they still didn’t have the room. So we couldn’t finish getting ready before the concert. Front desk person was not apologetic or understanding. He was clearly just ready for us to go away. Overall it was a good stay, but if I knew I wouldn’t be able to get in my room I probably would have stayed somewhere else. Also it’s impossible to get ahold of them over the phone.

Perfect room, super clean, staff were amazing!!! I didn’t catch the front desk lady’s name, but she was so amazing! Osa rooftop was our favorite place we ate and the drinks were top tier! Hotel is in the perfect location and the area is super walkable. I would definitely come again!

Overall, I had a pleasant one-night stay and really enjoyed several aspects of the hotel. To start, valet parking was initially quoted at $50, which seemed quite expensive, especially for a longer stay. Luckily, the valet attendant was very helpful and let me know about nearby parking that was only $8. I really appreciated him taking the time to share that option with me. However, I could see the $50 valet charge becoming an issue for guests staying multiple nights. The hotel lobby was very impressive, with a beautiful atmosphere, a full bar, and a rooftop option available. The front desk agent was also extremely nice and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation about the hospitality business, which I especially appreciated since I also work in the industry. We were placed on the fifth floor, and finding our room was easy. Overall, the room had a very chic and modern style. The bedroom area was beautifully cleaned and maintained, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness needed significant improvement. I found several hairs stuck in the drain, as well as hair scattered throughout the bathtub. While the rest of the bathroom appeared to be fairly clean, seeing that much hair made it difficult to feel confident about the overall cleanliness. I also called the front desk to request a dental kit and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I de

Everyone was so nice and the location was great. Super clean rooms. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, clean rooms The noise was terrible. I requested a quiet room at the end of a hallway when booking and when checking in. I received a room 4 doors down from the elevator and 2 doors from the ice machine but the real issue was there is no insulation whatsoever in the walls and floors and sleeping in was impossible- it was like a herd of elephants doing zumba around and above us..so much it shook our actual room and the stomping was incessant.

This hotel is the only hotel that cleans the room every other day. We booked two rooms and we were traveling with seniors and a kid. Came back to the hotel after a day trip and found that both rooms were not cleaned; rooms didnot have enough shampoo and conditioner. I called the front desk and the guy told me that it is ther hotel policy to clean the room every other day. We checked in on Saturday, rooms were not cleaned on Sunday, and would be cleaned by Monday. I don’t like that. I clean my dog’s room more often than this.
