Pasadena Hotel & Pool

Air conditioning in our room did not work, neither did TV. Hotel was accommodating-ish... they fixed the TV and gave us a fan with the promise that the air conditioning was being repaired. That wasn't exactly the case. Our first night was spent sweating in an 80+ degree room with windows that did not open. They moved us for night 2, but the air conditioning in that room wasn't much better. We left the thermostat on 62 degrees for 12 hours. It never made it under 75-80. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Loved the property and location and would definitely stay here again. Wished we would have had more opportunity to use the lobby and pool areas. Two notes- the carpet between one bed and the bathroom was wet and we believe there was a leak from the shower. By the time we noticed (stepped on it with bare feet) it was late and not worth the change in room. Also, they don't allow any glassware, so we had to request drinking glasses in our room and received styrofoam coffee cups. Kind of odd for this caliber of hotel and put a damper on our in-room drinks.

Great place to stay. The rooftop pool was awesome, staff was helpful and friendly, and nightly price was reasonable.

The pool patio and the small patio by the entrance are absolutely top! I love the decorations of the main hall. The room and bathroom were clean.

Location, pool, plenty of parking, comfortable bed The bathroom in the hotel room was open to the bedroom!! Just a small pane of frosted glass separated you from the room but it was wide open at the top and sides so there was no privacy whatsoever.

Stuck in an elevator that malfunctioned with my daughters. Elevator dropped and jolted. Then would not open. Had to press alarm and call from inside the elevator controls. Engineer arrive after the door opened and we were released. we asked to speak with the manager directly after this occurred so that they were aware for safety reasons. No one contacted us or seemed concerned or reached out. They closed the elevator for the rest of the weekend-by placing a wet floor sign in front.

Great location. Walking distance to everything I needed. Cool vibe and great hangout spaces. Room was very nice.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is very aesthetic. We asked for room service but they didn’t tidy up the room. The sink was clogged and no water was going down. They fixed this but not the best start.

Exceptional

The gym is lacking and could use some major upgrades but LA Fitness is walking distance away. If you get a King room with a soaker tub the tubs often have problems but they will usually come fix or move you.

Staff was horrible I stay for 3 days they ask if I want it house keeping for the 3 days I said yes they never when to clean i had no clean towels and toilet paper they never did the beds they ask for so much money and they can do the cleaning I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper but everything else was amazing

second time staying in this hotel. nice location; quiet.
