The staff and management were efficient in handling whatever situations needed to be handled. They always had a fresh pot of coffee available in the lobby at all times which was a nice touch.

My car window got smashed. There were fights and screaming in the parking lot every day, every night. I left a day early and booked another hotel it was so bad.

I was allowed to stay 21 nights by the manager or owner of this Motel 6 in Old Town Pasadena, CA. I needed this help. The rooms were clean. The staff or the employees working at the front desk were helpful. The parking was good. The Air Conditioning was good. Motel 6 is known for affordable, economical, and clean accommodations. They allow pets or dogs for free, but there is always a bad, irresponsible guest or traveler who leaves their dog alone in their room. This ends up disturbing several guests and me from 1 to 5 am in the morning. We didn't get much sleep that morning. The employees, maids, and guests do not like allowing dogs at this motel. There is one short Latina maid who knocks on the door excessively and consecutively four or five times until the guest or traveler comes to the door. This maid is also ready to force entry into the room if the guest or traveler doesn't come to the door. This is an invasion of privacy, because I haven't checked out of the room yet. I finally was able to locate the manager, Kyle, who told me the guest or traveler with the noisy pet or dog was removed from the property. He also told me it was standard practice for Motel 6 to allow and tell their maids to knock excessively and consecutively four or five times, and to also force entry into the room if the guest or traveler doesn't come to the door. This is very disrespectful to all the guests or travelers. The manager really should be fired right then. I had to report this to Motel 6.

Our room was very dirty sheets were dirty and shower was always cold

Parking was sufficient. Checkin was smooth. Room was very smelly. Pillows were few and thin. Insufficient blankets. Walls were too thin to block any noise from above, below and outside. Couldn't sleep a wink from the constant disruptions and smelly room. Reasonable price but not worth it due to a complete lack of rest.

The staff was very friendly. It's located near many shopping centers, restaurants, and stores. The AC was broken. A cockroach came crawling out the refrigerator. The water in the shower was freezing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better as I found long black hairs in the shower and on the clean towels. I walked to a local store and bought a bath towel. The hotel is pretty basic as far as amenities go. The bus stop is close by if you’re wanting to get around and don’t have a car. There’s also plenty of ride share drivers in the area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Room was a nice size. Bathroom was huge. Bathroom lighting over the mirror/sink area could be improved. Shower was walkin only with overhead shower head. Could use more shelving and maybe one of those little shower stools.

Hotel was better than expected. Tyler at the front desk was great. He went above and beyond for me.

For what seemed to be the 2 hottest days of the year the air conditioner in my room Was much like some of the workers there they decide when they check in and check out which means they decide when to work and don’t want to work. Telling front desk twice didn’t know justice. And even with this. O asked for a late checkout because I was debating on staying a third day or go to another establishment. Another hot day began to make the decision for me not wanting to relocate, decided there was a knock on the door. It was the front desk literally forced me to pack up and leave. She said. “ either paying now or I’m tossing your (yes she did use an explicit word right here. ) in the parking lot.” how would you feel?
-
Air Conditioner did not work and not complaining to the front desk. Nothing was done. I still stayed an extra day.
