There’s absolutely nothing I like about the facility. Maintenance was terrible. Customer Service was terrible.

Overall a budget stay and the staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating.. Jay especially. Unfortunately the rooms are not great but cannot expect that staying on a budget. The room had an odd smell upon arrival. Was humid. Had to crank the AC but the AC unit looked like it had mold or something on the inside and now my throat has been sore since getting home. Not saying it was directly that but who knows. Room was very basic. TV remote didn't work very well at all. Fridge barely working. Someone had music playing either next to me or a room below up until 2am. Elevator looked and sounded on it's last legs. The last night I was there on my three night stay, some shirtless homeless guy was going around the parking lot checking cars out. Called front desk and they advised would call police if he didn't leave but he did. I also went out to basically look at him from the top floor just to deter the person. I would only recommend this hotel if you're strictly on a budget and want to be nearby stores and the main road.

I love this place in pasadena safe quiet walkable free parking no drama the manager Mr J is very excellent. Very polite.

The room itself was all right. It was pretty clean however, the Customer Service it was absolutely terrible. We wanted some extra towels. It was like pulling teeth to get them. I had two rooms and the other room had kids in it. We needed extra pillows. Couldn’t get those just the Customer Service is absolutely terrible. So be honest, I didn’t like anything about the property. It was so outdated. They tried to update it by painting. It was absolutely everywhere and the people worked. There needs to definitely go to Customer Service.

I really didn’t like anything about the property The maintenance was terrible. You couldn’t get extra towels or extra pillows. I even stopped at the Office office in the morning at 7 AM. It was closed. I rang the doorbell. Nobody would answer just super and by the elevator, there was water like a mini lake so it was and the maintenance was terrible in size no toilet paper holder it was half their half gone was not good

I liked how spacious the room was and that they had a microwave available. When I walked in I noticed the AC unit by the window had not been properly cleared & had lots of dust build up, as well as when I walked into the bathroom, It had not been properly cleaned & had been used prior to us arriving because there was almost dried urine stain all over toilet seat. Luckily I had clorox wipes available with me. Upset I didn't take proper pictures.

Good location. Parking was full many times and had to park on the street. Needed to ask for extra pillows, but overall decent room.

Clean and smelled good. Important to us. AC worked well, sound turns off before midnight. No elevator but it was good exercise for us! Good nights stay for one night. Cost was good. Thank you Travelodge!

Made embarrassment to Wyndham!!! Did NOT have amenities advertised or stated. Changed room, 2 bed request to King. No breakfast, no pool.
