Staff is very helpful and polite. Very clean. And close to the freeway.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and the lobby and the main floor where are room was located was evidence of that. The renovations are nice and progressing nicely- new paint, carpet, and decorations in the lobby. The room was nice and spacious and the kitchenette was a great addition. The only downside was the cleanliness of the carpet- it was not vacuumed in between guests based on what we saw. Hopefully that's the next part of the renovation. The location is convenient for anyone having to do business in Pasadena especially at one of the refineries. Breakfast was basic but pretty good and staff was professional.

Perfect, the only thing I would advise is that even if you choose to pay at the property, they will charge your card early that day so if you were planning to use a different card, you might wanna fix that. Other than that, it was excellent.

Check in went smooth, Room was clean and very beautiful. Our stay was a very enjoyable one. Staff were very professional and courteous.

I travel a lot for business and was disappointed on the “nickel and dime” mentality of this Holiday Inn in regards to their amenities. No bottled water for Rewards members, bath towels the size of hand towels, and no complimentary bar of soap in the restrooms. Staff was friendly but were inexperienced. Breakfast was good but limited options. Also, breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30 on the weekends. No chance to sleep in. Other hotels end at 10:30.

Very clean, and staff was pleasant and willing to help…did not care for the area , so only stayed one night!!! Very good breakfast😊

The bathroom needs more light; the women can't put on makeup with so little light.

Friendly staff, great service, the room was clean and the location was perfect.

The bathroom area needs better cleaning, the sink and bath tub had brownish/mold in some corners and their was a dirty towel left under the bathroom sink cabinet.

This hotel is awesome! The facility is super clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The 24 hour coffee station is fantastic!

Room was canceled before we arrived we didn’t have a room reserved

Room was ok, workout equipment was all broken, #1 reason I chose this hotel was to be able to workout while away from home on business.

Staff spoke limited English. Main hallway floors were muddy and baseboards coming off walls. First room was unacceptable with a broken toilet. 2nd room was small, toilet seat was so loose I almost fwll off, baseboards broken off walls, HVAC was broken, too beight with limited curtains to shut, noisy from highway.
