Only the jacuzzi in 11th floor, much better more deeper and more bubbling water. The rest was good and excellent.

I was planning to bring my dog but pet cleaning fee of 1K pesos is unacceptable for me so I decided not to bring my dog anymore. I hope you can make this refundable in the future especially if the pet owner is responsible enough. 1K is too much! Also, upon checking in, I saw some hair strands on the floor and a diaper in the trash bin. Didn't have time to complain about it as I just want to relax.

We liked the pool and jacuzzi. We liked the interior that it was a loft style room. They also opened a new korean noodle casual restaurant inside and it was good. We were not able to sleep in the loft bed because it was hot. AC temp only works downstairs. Bathrobe is for rent for 100 pesos, Should already be included in the total guest cost. And ice is 30 pesos and should also be included in TGC.

None Too many bed bugs, lavatory is clogged and reeking, wash room wall is dirty, water hose is dirty too, and water smells strange and disgusting

location and pool the staff very rude eliz & jed We recently booked two rooms , including a Barkada Room for 6 guests, to celebrate my niece’s birthday—a special occasion meant to be memorable for our family and friends. Unfortunately, instead of feeling welcomed, we were treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome because of how some of my friends looked. The treatment we received was noticeably different from how other guests were treated, which was both hurtful and discriminatory. No guest should be judged or discriminated against based on appearance or perceived social standing. We chose in this hotel hospitality and respect, but instead we were subjected to biased and unprofessional behavior that tainted what should have been a joyful celebration. I hope you take this matter seriously and address this with your staff to ensure no other guests experience the same treatment. We deserve an explanation and an apology for this unacceptable behavior.
