Networld Hotel Spa and Casino

Room was very comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet, dinners were delicious and the price was right. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Distance to stores, shopping malls, location a bit out of the way. Bathtub very high, could be a problem for senior citizens to enter and exit bathtub. Lights would go out. Unable to get a picture with television. Very busy intersections of Roxas Blvd and Sen Gil Y Puyat Ave.

Staff was helpful however the location is very poor and the room was not comfortable at all. The wifi never worked, even after the supposed repair. The bed was awful and stained. The casino was a joke..and the food was not good..other than that the place was great, LOL

The Breakfast was Great The room smelled bad mold through out . TV didn't work .the ac didn't cool the room until about 3 am .

Its proximity to our venue which is World Trade Center. As per the staff, they are very accommodating and polite whenever they would assist us. Food selection during breakfast. I wish there will be more options for breakfast.

Let's see you couldn't sleep because of the traffic outside..when you would leave your room, the hall way was hotter than hell no air at all. You want your guest to be comfortable completely not feel like they are outside. A major thing that bother me and makes this stay horrible and l will never stay there again is you had to keep the key in the slot for the air to be on so there for the light wouldnt go off as soon as you walk in, noone absolutely noone should have to keep a key in just to stay comfortable. I understand if its supposed to be like that but yal should find a way to turn the light off and the air still be running. I slept maybe 2 hours l will never stay here again. Have a wonderful day

BREAKFAST WAS OKAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOBBY'S IN THE ROOM FLOORS WAS SO HOT. BED IS TOO HARD FOR OUR BACK. WE GOT BACK PAIN IN THE MORNING

We were on a business trip, but the hotel refused to issue an invoice to our company. I have tried to send a request to the hotel, but after a long wait, there has been no response. We also asked Booking.com for support, but nothing has been resolved. If this were a hotel in Vietnam, regardless of size, they would still issue a proper invoice in accordance with regulations. I have a very poor impression of this hotel’s customer service team.

Just underwhelmed.. treated my wife who was a guest obviously and on the room info like she was a stranger guest off the streets. I had to come down to lobby to get her when they should have just let her up. Luke warm water 2 days, 1 day no hot water, 1 day with… Casino is only slots which needs to highlighted.

I like that the staff personalized their New Year's greeting with "torotot and finger food". I appreciate that. I also particularly like the bath tub in my room so I can relax because the spa was not open/available. If the spa with massage was open, it would have been more relaxing to end the year and welcome the new year.
