The property is an oasis within the chaos of the city. The buildings are historic and very well kept, every convenience was considered and provided. I would certainly stay again and highly recommend. The restaurant is excellent. The roosters from somewhere nearby crowed at an early hour.

Our stay at Henry Hotel was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, the restaurant was convenient and offered very good food, the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is actually a quiet enclave of tropical vegetation in the city, and we enjoyed it very much. Since Manila was a hub for our travels to Palawan and Cambodia, we stayed at Henry Hotel twice over about twelve days. We'd be happy to return. No complaints.

Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Restaurant had a good breakfast. The staff was excellent—friendly and helpful. The property itself is so unique, lush, and very peaceful. A great place to hunker down as the typhoon passed by and close to Mall of Asia. Also, we had no problem calling a Grab and going to see the sites. I noticed that getting to Intramuros is sometimes faster than from Makati because of the traffic. Everything was excellent.

The entire facility was top-notch. It is close to the airport, check-in was seamless, and the room was superb. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A world-class staff. 1920's classic style. The entire facility was true to 1920's Manila architecture and not just the lobby. The bathroom, the bathroom was so NICE! So clean! The next time I travel to Manila, I will be booking a longer stay at The Henry Hotel. Nothing

The worst housekeeping service I have ever had. They were very careless about cleaning and not changing the dirt items in the room. The hotel also put me in a difficult situtation by not giving any in voice for my company stay.

Staff were so kind, the hotel is surrounded by garden and trees which is nice. Location is in Pasay area which is not the best. There was a gecko on the wall when I entered the room and they were not able to catch it. Breakfast quantity was less, you can choose 1 plate from a menu (not an open buffet)

The Henry was a relaxing green space in the middle of the city. Very comfortable clean room, exceptional staff, good food at the restaurant and quiet except for the hum of city traffic. It was much more relaxing than one of the giant chain hotels. Every day there was an event that interfered with hotel guests' ability to enjoy the public areas and restaurant. In my 3 nts / 2 days at the hotel there were 3 events. I skipped using the pool because of a wedding, ordered room service twice for dinner because of events that occupied the restaurant.

The property had a nostalgic charm. It was like being in a relative’s house. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Food at Apartment 1B was consistently good. I wish the room’s lighting fixtures were brighter.

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast that came with the room. Location was great! Quick Grab ride to the Mall of Asia and several restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. True display of Filipino hospitality. This was my adult children's first trip to Manila and they both agreed we will return again to stay at the Henry Hotel. None at all

Beautiful serene and tasteful oasis in the middle of Manila. Delicious food and a nostalgic design that takes you to a different era. We fell in love with Henry and it will be our pit stop stay when flying through Manila. Very close to the Mall of Asia and airport. There might be some moisture issues in some of the areas/rooms. The synthetic grass at the gardens could be replaced or adjusted to create a more concise area - also there are some cats or dogs that tend to poo outdoors (like in the middle of the grass) and the staff is not really on it. Otherwise everything is a dream!

Although the decor is very tired the hotel facilities were good and the grounds were perfect. Hard to believe you were in the middle of busy Manila and not in a rain forest.
