Clean, modern, cozy, remarkably quiet room for the location. Deluxe rooms are bungalow-style on the ground floor, door and window facing a walled garden with a few trees and other plants. Love it. Super friendly staff who appear to like working there. Refreshing. Breakfast is room service and comes with a French press of real coffee, which is really nice. Not much to criticize, these are suggestions: - Common area could use a few repairs (doors). - Some of the male staffers seemed a bit disoriented and might benefit from more training. That said, they were all quite young and possibly trainees. - Breakfast has OK food if you like Filipino style (I do), but the quantity is quite small for a 6' 180 lb person. (1 small egg, a bit of rice, a bit of meat, 3 slices of cucumber.) Great coffee. Never change the coffee. :)

The garden view was a nice touch, and being able to relax outside made the stay even more enjoyable. The entrance may be a little disappointing at first, as it is not particularly attractive, and the fence near the entrance looks somewhat rusty. However, this did not affect the quality of the stay or the overall experience.

Location is near the bus terminals, which was very helpful esp if you need to rest before coming back to province. appreciate the staff round the clock, i was not able to mention i'll be checking late but there was still someone who was able to entertain me. room is spacious and clean. thanks to rose and her staff for great help! nothing in particular as all is great, just a recommendation to maybe put floor mats in the bathroom as the tiles tend to be slippery when it gets wet - but this is not a major discomfort at all.

When I checked out, I forgot my eye glasses, I ask assistance to send my eye glasses to the Airport, and I receive it! Thank you Hub District! The shower room is a little bit slippery, you should be careful.

Serenity within the city. You will not feel you’re in Buendia. Clean and comfortable stay. They also offer breakfast that comes with unli coffee. The door should be shut properly and double check before leaving coz it doesn’t locked well if you gently close the door. They have a space for parking but limited and could not fully accommodate wide cars.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean. They let people be. Room cleaning can be asked at almost anytime. It feels safe and peaceful here. It is my 10th time returning here. I prefer staying here than in the expensive hotels. In those places, it might be feeling more luxurious, but i dont think it is worth it if i compare it to the Hub. Over time, i have seen the Hub making improvements to make it better, considering critical reviews. Airconditioning is maybe a bit loud, but i had that in hotels as well. And you do hear traffic outside. So maybe the doors can be a bit more soundproof for sound from the big street.

Each bed should've come with a thicker blanket/comforter and two pillows from the start. We had to ask for a thicker blanket and an extra pair of pillows. The light over the table and entrance area could've also been brighter. But overall, I believe these are very minor quibbles

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the place itself was nice and well-kept. The location is a big plus, being close to popular restaurants and tourist spots.

Place was super clean and nice, perfect for our final stop in the country, after feeling let down by every other Hostel in which we stayed during our 2 week trip this place was like finding an oasis in the desert The area surrounding the Hotel is not the nicest, although we felt safe all the time
