The room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is superb—close to major attractions and everything you need is within walking distance. One of the best highlights was the view from the hotel room; it was absolutely stunning. Absolutely terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. One particular lady at the front desk was shockingly arrogant and dismissive, making check-in a nightmare. Even worse, there was a big man who looked more like a goon than hotel staff—his intimidating attitude made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. To make things worse, during checkout early in the morning, my friend politely asked the room service staff for a small packet of sugar to prepare a coffee. Shockingly, the staff bluntly refused and rudely said, “We will not give you anything. Please checkout before the checkout time.” The arrogance and lack of basic courtesy were unbelievable. Hospitality is completely missing here. Would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

It smells. Moldy smell is so strong. The restroom is so bad condition. The shower drain is not working properly. They don’t change the sheets they just tucked in old ones. It is so noisy hard to sleep.

Very close to the walking street and good restaurants around the place The staff are not very welcoming especially the one at the reception. The housekeeping staff are very kind. .

Location was spectacular and some staff are helpful. Wifi wasn’t that good, i just used my data. Aircon was not that good either, it was in cool mode but the air was hot. On the last night of my stay, the AC started making a noise when you increased to the highest fan. As soon as you enter the room from outside, it kinda has a dusty smell. The water was smelly as well, like the bad drainage water smell. They didn’t provide soap although there was shower gel and shampoo.

Location & price. That’s it. Noisy place, you will not be able to sleep as all street music and other room guests sounds can be heard in your room. Unfriendly staff. No smile and always upset on you. I asked for late check out and heated how they shouted while refusing my request.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was fantastic! It might be noisy for some guests, but it was fine for me since I stayed during the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Very close to walking strip and has easy access to taxis. Daily cleaners who bring water and staff especially night staff were very helpful. Room is spacious (besides bathroom) but wasn’t the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Can hear music late into night but that’s expected with it being so close to strip.

Neat room, great view from 8th floor on ocean. Good service, new towels, water every day. The doors to balcony could not be properly closed. It was veeery loud to sleep due to the location (100m to walking street). Ear plugs are a must or go to sleep at 7am.
