The worst experience ever

Nothing at all . Stuff charged me 200 baht money for door lock by mistake of wind . After 30 seconds i went to lobby and asked help. She said no first pay money then i will open . And then she yelled at me in her language i don't know what she said and call police to make me afraid. And even she refused to give her supervisor or boss number to talk . End of the day i gave the money and i enter my room after waiting 1hour 30 minutes. Here is the thing she told me after everything which there is rule which she never reminded when we check in

Yes, it is cheap room. It might be old and even not clean. But I don't understand why they keep bunch of trash in front of guest rooms more than 5 hours while rat stays there?

I didn’t like anything. The staff was ruin. Had to ask for towels l. Had no hot water. Our room wasn’t clean. Bed bugs bite. I would have given my rating a 0.

Even though I told the front desk that I will checkout early in the morning and get my deposit back. There was no staff in morning around 6:30 am, so I have to get back the hotel just to get my security deposit back. It completely ruined my plan that day.

It was completely different than it was shown in pictures,very dirty place,trash in the balcony,flooded shower,there was stains on the ground from spit

There is nothing good in property The staff is very rude and no facilities they make me wait for 1.5 hours extra for checking and charge 2000 extra

The place was very very very dirty , the most dainty place i visited on my whole life don’t go there, it’s a waste of time, they don’t change the bed Cheats, bathroom wasn’t cleaned for Morgan a week I guess Extremely dirty , I wasn’t able to use the bathroom it was horrible. Don’t book there
