I'm a regular guest here, but the reception staff aren't very helpful, especially in communicating with customers. Not even have service smile

Very good hotel staffs(reception/bell man) they’re so helpful and friendly. As a regular costumer here, I would say this hotel have such a good location, hospitality and service.

Hotel location was central. Room was clean but not that spacious. Breakfast was good and had several halal food options (for Muslims). Walking Street was only 5 mins by walk. Night Reception Staff was not courteous at all. Overall staff was not customer oriented.
