The water park is the main selling point of you are with kids. It’s a little outside the main areas but fine if you have a car.

Good stay. Clean. Great staff. Restaurant needs to improve. Little options of food nearby. Value was good enough to just take grab and they have limited shuttle to downtown.

- sea view - room has balcony -free bus transportation service to terminalm 21, to the beach , central pattaya and back to the hotel. - hotel is good for families not for couples or solo traveler bathroom sink drain smelling - shower pressure is low - a/c are position in front of the bed and in front of the livingroom sofa in which cold air goes directly to the face and head. - breakfast the same everyday. I stayed for 6 days - most staff do not speak english - the hotel is far by 20 mins drive from central pattaya. no nearby shops or store - while passing the hallway i saw the housekeeping is using the hotel towel in cleaning the bathroom?

Elevator waits are long, checking in and out long waits. Not near any attractions, bolt a must.

Rooms are clean. Got everything you need in the room. It was cleaned properly every day. Staffs are nice. Parking is good. Room service a bit slow. Pleasant stay. When you have to share the lobby ( and staffs) with a big Chinese tour group.

Checking in was very busy and took 40 minutes. The swimming pool was over crowded and not clean.

Lobby smells really nice, the complimentary welcome drink and snack set in the room, and the staff are very polite. Waited too long for the lift, no plug at head or side of the bed it's not convenient. No lighting in shower room just only one spot at washbasin side, so it's a bit dark when taking a shower. The room not well soundproofed, I could hear other guests closing the door.

My wife and I travel at least 3-4 months per year and centre point was the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in. The room had two areas the bedroom and kitchen with small patio. It had big windows with great views l. The bed was comfy. The employees were the best I've seen very helpful was Gina and Mint at front desk. It had a wave pool that was very nice. It's close to Bangkok hospital. Just all around a great experience.

It's worth the money and a very friendly hotel. Shuttle bus available to different areas free of charge. The lounge on the 22nd floor is amazing and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was not containing any Halal food which makes it very difficult to our kids ??.

Everything was well-stocked and neatly presented, with friendly staff making sure it stayed that way. The pool area was another highlight. The pools were sparkling clean and clearly well-maintained, and the convenience of having poolside towels readily available was a nice touch. It made relaxing by the water effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful details that really enhanced the experience!
