Nice Location, Quiet Place, No Bars, No Clubs nearby to Disturb You at Night, Near to BIG C and Terminal 21 - by Walk. Cross the Soi 1, Tuk tuk - 10 BAHT to reach directly to anywhere on Beach Road directly. Big Place to park your Car or scooter, Bike - Free What you pay, you will get 100%. As Always, Nothing.

Location far away from centre but near to beach. Average property not much cleanliness, even basic toiletries were not provided, no kitchen so need to depend on outside vendors. Secluded and peaceful place but not advisable for long stays.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location not really near to central of the city especially if u are going for songkran. However, you can rent motorcycles if would like to skip walking

The room was exceptionally superb Very convenient location on Soi 1l Walking distance to Beach Road about few minutes. Terminal 21 and Central world has amazing food court at very reasonable price. 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Indian food lovers the restaurant Saravanabawan on Saisong road via Soi 10. Money exchange many around dow Beach Road. Night life lovers ? Walking street at the end of Beach Road, Bhat Bus service is available for 10Bhat from one end to other end of Beach Road. Overall, the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff Two young girls during my stay between 27th to 28th Feb 2025. Their hospitality to the guests was awesome, always with full of smile. My next visit is in June 2025 and I have already booked again. Such a wonderful place and caring staff. Thank for helping me to book a taxi to Bangkok.

Every single member of the staff at the hotel was pleasant and attentive. The room was clean enough for me and the area was safe and fairly quiet. The room is perfect for someone visiting Pattaya to go to the beach (which is a short 5 minute walk away). There's plenty of storage in the room for luggage and clothing. The price for the hotel was great. It was certainly affordable and perfect for me because I don't spend a lot of time in my room doing things. It's more just a place for me to store my stuff and sleep at night. There's so much to do in the area that I don't need a hotel with a ton of stuff to do on the premises. The hotel has an elevator - which for some people may be important to know since not all hotels have an elevator. The rooms use physical keys to lock/unlock the doors which is a positive for me because there's no keycard to lose or get erased and I can also leave my room without worrying about being accidentally locked out. You just have to remember to lock the door when leaving for extended periods. The key can be left with the front desk when leaving so you don't have to worry about losing it while exploring Pattaya. My room had a good sized balcony with a sink. I didn't use the sink, but I can see it being convenient for washing swimming suits before hanging them out to dry. The hotel itself is non-smoking, but there was a card in my room saying that smoking on the balcony was permitted. I don't smoke, but for some people this may be important to know. The location on Soi 1 was fine and most everything you need is a short walk or a 10THB baht bus trip away. I was in Pattaya for work and this hotel isn't really geared for someone who is in town to work. There was no desk in the room or anything like that. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because the hotel is great for tourists and beach-goers. I can't comment on the hotel's wifi because I used my phone as a hotspot whenever I needed to connect to the internet.
