The hotel boasts two swimming pools, spacious rooms, excellent service by truly professional staff. This is my regular hotel when in Pattaya.

I would rate it a 7.5 , great location close to beach and all areas. Nice pool and breakfast . Staff is great , the room is large. Value overall it’s worth it when you do the pros and cons. A bit dated and the mattress is firm.

The pools were great. Clean. Well staffed. Food in the restaurant was some of the best we’ve had in any budget hotel. The staff were great, helpful, efficient, and ready to crack down too on guests being rude or misbehaving - which is wonderful because some travelers don’t know how to be good guests. Comfy beds. Great showers. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to terminal 21 mall, 2 minutes to the marina outlet an grocery store. The internet was in and out. It was most consistent in the lobby. The rooms didn’t have anywhere for us to unpack. No shelves or dressers. And there is no bathroom outlets

As Asian woman I was discriminated in the elevator, a staff didn’t say hi, but when white man entered he greeted him. I don’t recommend.

Location Staff is rude. Staff didn’t say hi to me, but said hello to a whit man in the elevator. As Asian woman in Asia I felt terrible. I complained at reception, lady there said she’s seeing me first time, when it was my 6th day, “maybe thay knew each other, that’s why he said hello” was her answer, which is totally disappointing.

Great value, comfortable air conditioning, even when maid service was not required some days they still brought up water bottles for me and hung them on my door, layout of the hotel itself was convenient straight forward and even allowed a fresh air cross breeze through the room when desired. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great stay at a great hotel in an amazing and beautiful country. I am Blessed for my experience and time there. Very small things but, in my opinion the bed was a bit firm, just a bit too much push back. A more complete separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would have been nice, especially since the hand held shower head had a mind of its own when in its holder the direction it faces was not always the way it faced before being turned on or after it was adjusted and would spray out into the main portion of the bathroom soaking the mat. Oh and a bit more diversity in the breakfast would be nice.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a choice of two swiing pools. An excellent hotel which is also reasonably priced.

It's very clean and in a very good location. It's a block away from a Major mall. There are also restaurants and street food vendors, currency exchange, clinics, tattoo shops, massages palors, Pattaya beach all within a block of u!!! I wish there were English stations on the TV.
