Big room, good lighting both natural and interior lights. Has two comfortable chairs next to a table whi h was perfect for socializing and using the internet. Great walking location to 2 malls. Terminal 21 and central mall. One block from Beach Road. The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping was very good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I have no dislikes about this property. Two thumbs up.

I didn't stay at this hotel for the first time, but this time almost everything was disappointing. I had to ask to clean the room myself, while they, lying opposite the elevator on the stairs, were always busy with their mobile phones. I then looked at why they were lying there, on the stairs? Well, the security cameras are hiding that place. If they did clean the room, the bin was always forgotten to empty. I then decided to put it in the hallway, at my door, to avoid the smell in the room. But unfortunately I didn't see the trash can again and I had to make do with a plastic carrying bag. One day I got out of the elevator and in the hallway two of the maids were waiting for me. They stood in front of me, both put their hands together, and said, "Ronny, we want a tip, or we can't eat tonight." I replied, "When I leave, you get tips like always, but not before." A lot of protest, but I didn't give in, because I was very sorry. I was stunned, because I was still there for a week and I thought that was more than enough about it. It even went so far that the basket where the snacks offered for me were free was eaten by them. I may already stay there regularly, but courtesy and respect seem to deteriorate the longer you stay there. I was also surprised that staff called an ex-employee behind my back to report that I was staying there. Mrs. Kesorn used to work there and was informed by the former colleagues! Never again for me there!

I liked the receptionist and the value I lost a hundred dollars bill from my handbag. My fault was that I didn't use the safe to put my handbag in it. But still concerned unsecured commendation.. :( Also, I forgot my sun protection lotion bran new, I came back in the next day to collect it, and they told me it's not existed anymore ? ..common !!
