I stayed here 3 months in total . the staff are super super friendly and professional which made up for the hotels minor flaws . reception staff were kind and receptive nothing was too much trouble always helping with a smile. maintinance / technician staff quick to respond to issues ie . tv became faulty( brand new tv with apps installed within 2 hours) shower became faulty ( brand new shower unit installed).special thanks to the cleaning staff,we had a laugh ! . really big room , really comfortable bed . towels changed more frequently than i needed,tea coffee and water replenished daily . toiletries . safe in room. plenty of covered parking for my hired/rental motorbike . i like to sunbathe and swim.i could only do one. this was my biggest dissapointment -i believe 90 rooms =180 guests approx = 9 sun loungers 2 broken .7 available loungers was unacceptable. i only got to sunbathe for an hour before sunset ! yet money was spent on new poolside plants and a childrens pool slide. zero soundproofing in main block = noisy lift, noisy room door handles. noisy selfish guests talking on their phones via loudspeaker at 3am in the corridor/hallway the staff make this hotel work ! miss you all ! Nothing The mattresses was very uncomfortable no dental kit or soap there, no chair or sofa to sit ther.

Good location Breakfast was Horrible - equipment broken , cheap cheap cheap breakfast only cheap indian food. Staff refuse to make invoice or any proof for my stay, finding excuse saying it is booking.com responsibility etc... Staff is not trained and very lazy to perform their duty.

I thought the entire experience was great close to everything.

The view from the window is of the opposite building, which is only a couple of meters away. Sometimes the room is not perfectly clean after the service

Location and Rooms did met expectations along with hospitality of the staff was good. Food options were close by as well. Food, the breakfast options were too limited and not upto the mark. It was managed by some restaurant named Iris which had limited and repetitive options. The restaurant staff had to be requested a number of times to have things finished to be refilled. One can skip the breakfast option as a whole and only opt for accommodation.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from the very first day until the last, I felt nothing short of at home. The staff — from the manager to reception, housekeeping, and everyone in between — went above and beyond every single day. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made my stay completely worry-free, 24 hours a day. The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Pattaya, the hotel is only steps away from top shopping centers, the vibrant atmosphere of central Pattaya, and the modern restaurants, malls, and beaches of North Pattaya. It truly gives you the best of both worlds — authentic local charm and world-class modern conveniences. The facilities are equally outstanding. The pool is simply fantastic — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and absolutely beautiful at all times of day, from a refreshing morning dip to a magical late-night swim. My room was exceptionally spacious, always spotless, and designed for pure comfort. The bedding was luxurious and of the highest quality, and the mattress provided a sleep experience worthy of a five-star property. I stayed here for nearly a month and a half, and I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. They didn’t just host me — they welcomed me like family. Without hesitation, I will be returning every year, and I look forward to spending at least a month or two in this incredible hotel. This property deserves the highest praise — a true gem in Pattaya. I did not like that I had to leave due to some urgent business. I will be back next year though.

The place is so affordable and you get so much. Got a warm welcome as soon as we reached. The rooms were so big. We got king bed and it was just so big and comfortable. The toilet was new and very well maintained! The had all amenities needed including hair dryer. Lots of parking spaces with EV chargers as well. The pool is very clean and big. Definitely a highlight! Location : very close to Terminal 21 and lots of restaurants around the area

Super Nice Hotel Cleaning Quiet Nice Swiiming Pool Professional Staff

Staff was really nice and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfy. So the main lines are really good. The view could be better but the room is nice enough. Bathroom may need improvement about drainage.

The location is good, the rooms are spacious. The property is in renovation, so it smells painting, gasoline and other products on the corridor and inside the room. The floor is dirty, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable (seems to be 1st price). In our room the shower tray was clogged, we had our feet in the water during the shower. There wasn’t any carpet on the bath floor. By the window we could see other dirty buildings, the view wasn’t good. My son hurt himself by hitting the headboard during the night and they wanted us to pay for washing the pillow cover where few blood has flowed because of his injury. The swimming pool wasn’t in function. It is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. We have booked 3 nights and leave after the first night.
