The bed is so comfortable and it’s handy having a washer in your room I’ve stay at this hotel many times but this time I noticed the towels had a bad smell after using them

The Room: Spacious, pin-drop quiet, and perfectly equipped with everything an international traveler needs. Cleanliness: Flawless. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job—absolute 10/10. The Staff: Every single person I interacted with was incredibly professional, neat, and always greeted me with a genuine, warm smile. Any minor request was addressed instantly and perfectly. Check-in/Reception: Seamless and efficient. They are true experts at what they do. Special Mention: I want to express my deepest gratitude and respect to MUAY PUK. Thank you for your incredible sensitivity, professionalism, and that charming smile that brightens the room. Your kind heart and understanding truly made me feel at home. You are a gem to this hotel! The kitchenette is well-equipped, though a standard kitchen knife was missing from the basic set. However, I knew I could easily request one at the reception if needed, so it wasn't an issue at all. Also, the small refrigerator in the room didn’t seem to cool very strongly. It wasn’t an issue for me personally, as it was perfectly sufficient for my medication, water, and fruit, but it’s something to keep an eye on if guests plan to store more perishable items.

Did not like the location. Long walk to beach and overall this hotel lacked character in comparison to its sister properties. I recommend other brands in their portfolio.

The pool is a bit small as the souna and the area around the hotel is pretty busy and noisy.

This is the third time I come back to this hotel mostly because the great staff they have. I wish I remember their names but all of them no exceptions were awesome. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were amazing as well. Nothing.

The property was accommodating and overall clean and safe. The room was comfortable, clean and fairly decent in size. Looked like the photos but the surroundings area is a little sketchy.. The surrounding areas were safe but it was very Pattaya if you follow.
