The hotel has an excellent location close to shopping areas and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Nothing significant to mention. Everything was well managed and met our expectations.

We arrived early morning and i already sent a message to explain we need a early check-in and also informed we celebrate a very unique event but they said they didn't receive our message and didn't really care we informed in advanced. We go out to other hotel and rented a room only for few hours until they let us check-in. We can understand the rules but the behavior and stuff attitude was very bad and unacceptable. Of course we informed the manager and they tried to give us some spa treatment free of charge but we refused because they already destroyed our experience and feelings. I was in this hotel many times before 2022 but tjis time everything was different...we were very disappointed ?

Breakfast was great. Everything was great. I wanted to add a one night stay to end. I checked internet. Said there were plenty. I asked front desk and they said they had none available. Went ahead and booked online. Packed. Went downstairs to check- in. Gal said I could upgrade my room for a discount that I paid. I said sure. I check out at 550 am and it wasn't a discount that I already paid. She charged me an additional 1200 baht. That's 2 problems I had with her. Other than that everything was great.

Hotel overall was amazing. Felt like an other world inside with the whole pool and walking area. Almost all the main attractions were close by and never felt like places were too far away. You have access to a mall and tons of food places just by walking to the beach from inside the hotel The beds were a bit too mushy for comfort. We would just sink into the beds and felt like our backs were not getting enough support. I had slight back pain though I cannot attribute it to the hotel beds only.

Amazing location by the beach front. Breakfast with a huge selection of foods. Spa was good. Bath tub was difficult to get in. Chances of slipping were immense. So Avani will not be our option to return to because of the tub. Breakfast: No options for halal cooked food. No walk in shower. Swimming pool was not temperature controlled so the water was very cold.

Everything was spot on, granted the price is slightly higher in comparison to "savings" hotels in the area, it was still worth every penny. Quiet, comfortable, close to everything I needed or could have wanted and the staff were excellent. The 24 hour room service was an unexpected bonus, came in handy after a long day tattoo session and I didn't feel like going get food despite needing to eat. Would hands down stay again. Nothing comes to mind.......seriously perfect.
