The location, room, pool and garden were all good. Only the breakfast was avarage, not that much option and quiet limited.

I loved this little gem of a hotel ? it was a very quiet area so slept well and very easy to get there by bolt taxi or motor bike taxi , also the 10 baht bus stops near hotel I loved this property and I believe it should have been rated a 3 not a 2 star rating

A nice warm welcome back from the owners and staff. The complex has had a nice revamp in and outside the units and it's looking good. The new deck chair covers make things look very tropical. Always great to return here, a home away from home away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya/Jomtein! The bathroom is fantastic with the updated shower fittings fulfilling every need for cleaning up. Perhaps I should have asked Chang but some soft pillows on the bed would be a great benefit.

I've been wanting to stay in this beautiful and cozy hotel for a long time. And it turned out to be even better here than I had imagined in the photo - a very beautiful and caring design, a calm, friendly atmosphere, cleanliness everywhere, lots of comfortable places on the territory - you can relax or practice yoga and meditation, sports - and there are enough separate spaces for everyone. A clean swimming pool with comfortable salt water and a Jacuzzi can be used around the clock. Thank you, Jim’s delicacy and care create a wonderful atmosphere.

It’s just perfect . Nothings tired. Everything is well maintained. Owners and staff are fantastic . It’s easy to get to nightlife but lovely peaceful oasis to return to for peaceful sleep. Pool is lovely. Beds are super comfortable. I am a returning guest like many others we appreciate the quality. Nothing .

Everything was great! It’s a bit away from downtown so if you want to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing in Pattaya this place is ideal. There are restaurants and food court as nearby. Staff were very friendly. Ah also I need to mention about breakfast! They have a variety of breakfast you can choose. I’ll be coming back again if I ever visit Pattaya! We couldn’t stay longer:(

Location was great - you can easily hop on to a baht bus to get to walking street etc in a few minutes and it only costs 10 or 20 baht. The breakfast was very good - great fresh fruit and perfect eggs. Jim and staff so lovely. Relaxing quiet place with a nice vibe.

This is an absolute gem as long as you’re happy for a 10 bhat tuk tuk ride to the beach. The staff are superb and the cleanliness is amazing. When our taxi pulled up in the street my heart sank but you walk into paradise. Rooms basically surround the beautifully clean pool. Rooms are well big enough and our shower room was crazy big, with outstretched arms you can’t touch the walls. Large screen TV and huge bed with choice of hard or soft pillows. Our room wasn’t ready on our arrival ( we were early ) so popped out for a coffee. On our return all our bags were in our room. Breakfast was limited but fine for us, fruit, eggs,cereal toast etc Pattaya is a large and busy city and as mentioned earlier a tuk tuk is required to go to the beach/tourist areas. There are bars and restaurants nearby but if you’re happy to tuk tuk then this place is an absolute must to stay at. Long review but I felt obliged after such a great stay. The reception guy also ordered our grab taxi to leave and helped with the luggage. Overall experience - 10 out of 10 There was nothing to dislike.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The rooms are large, maintained well and furnished nicely. Bathrooms and showers are large. Hot water is hot and the air conditioning works well. Rooms also have ceiling fans. Everything was to my liking. There was nothing I didn't like.
