Location is 3 blocks away from the beach. Area was quiet at night despite being close to restos and bars. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping always supplies a nee batch of bottled water and tissue. Staff were really nice. Hotel does not have an elevator though my room was only on the 2nd floor. Other guest can just be too loud.

Reception staff was very helpfull and nice from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and tidy, well organized and the bed was comfortable to sleep. There was no noise from the street. Location is very good. Smaller soi next to Pattaya Klang. Easy to walk to Soi Buakhao, Sai Song, Soi 7 and 8. Beach is near. Baht busses going to all directions. 7eleven, laundry, TT exchange, Kasikorn, restaurants near by.

Hotel staff are always kind and helpful. As this is a budget hotel and it cannot help, but sound comes from anywhere. You should take an ear plug or something if you are sensitive to sound.

I am so happy I was able to get a last minute booking - the other property I scheduled on booking had construction taking place next door! needed a last minute place to book Friendly staff new space - clean and everything working local food court at the corner (inexpensive Thai food) maps at reception would be nice

A very good location but on a side street, so relatively quiet. Very clean. Good value. The rooms are quite small, reminding me of a Japanese business hotel. Walls could be thicker- I could hear my neighbor’s late night shenanigans.

Very welcome and friendly staff. Super helpful service and over all 10 star service. The wifi was unreliable. I had meetings via video conference that I had to use my phone for as the internet would drop and not reconnect.

It nice and clean. Just 500 m away to Pattaya Beach.
