In the night time when we ask for water bottles and we're ready to pay for the same but Reception people are not ready to provide and said don't have water. Not ready to attend to customer needs. Air Cons are poor in the room, no cooling at all against the high humidity

Comfortable privacy bunk and a good location, 5 minute walk to social areas. Very poorly managed, rude guests would make extreme adjustments to the thermostats then hide the remote. Wifi was very bad. Culturally many guests were very loud and rude, mgt. didn't set noise limits, etc.

Breakfast and location were not bad. Firstly, we were given a standard 20 m² room, even though we had booked a superior 30 m² room. Secondly, the room was cleaned irregularly, and never when we asked.

Room cleaning was satisfactory and the location also. My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Firstly, the reception staff were not supportive. We asked several times about the location of the washing and drying machines, but the information provided was unclear, and no real effort was made to properly assist us. Secondly, the noise level during the night was unacceptable. There was constant shouting in the hallways and doors being slammed throughout the night. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy, which made it very difficult to sleep. A hotel should provide guests with rest and comfort, but this was not the case during our stay. . Although the hotel advertises Wi-Fi, the connection in my room was either unavailable or extremely unstable. Even when connected, it would disconnect after a few minutes. As a result, I had to rely on my personal mobile data. Considering the price charged, the overall quality of service and comfort did not meet expectations.

Would recommend to anyone. Great pool. Great location. Great staff. Great budget hotel (anyone complaining needs to realize it’s not a Hilton.. it’s a Bella). It exceeded my expectations. I extended my stay here by a week and will def be back ??.

This was definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and much of the credit goes to the dedicated hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Ms. Bua. When we arrived, we had a small issue with the air conditioner, which we felt was not cooling properly. We contacted the staff and they responded immediately and professionally. Not only was the issue handled quickly, but we were also offered a different room that exceeded all our expectations. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was attentive, kind and helpful with anything we needed. We also noticed that this level of care was given to all guests. The service was truly high-level. Breakfast was also very good – fresh, tasty and with a nice variety. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return Nothing really. Everything was great, and the small issue was taken care of immediately.
