Location and room size. Receptionist girl was talking very rudely upon our arrival. Instead of greeting us in a good way, she was being too rude to talk. Lights in the room are too dim. Water pressure is also a problem.

The location was good close to the Walking street, the beach . The room was spacious The bathroom door is a sliding door, but does not slide easily. It needs effort, to slightly lift up. The interiors look old and needs updating . The television is just namesake. There was no English programmes to watch. I presume nowadays people don't watch movies or news on TV as the mobile phone is there. In the coffee/tea making section sugar packets were not there on all the 3 nights we stayed.

The location is excellent. It is very near Walking street. The hotel desperately needs an uplift. The old carpets in the Lobby and the passage ways is very smelly.The furniture needs replacing. It smells awful.
