The room is a good value for 1 night. I would have stayed a month for a monthly rate Nothing.

Staff was amazing and their restaurant Buenos was great ! It’s open for dinner . The location is great and rooms very comfortable.

Refrigerator only the top freezer part was working, the bottom part compartment did not get cold. There is no parking at the property which they clearly mention but still might be a point to consider.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Amazing arched window and balcony. Located in the heart of jomtien complex. Zero safety! No key card, no inside lock, side entrance from the street is wide open, no security cameras. Felt very unsafe !

Good location, comfortable chair and bed, nice fridge, generous number of hangers and drawers, clean room. Bathroom sink could use a shelf since the sink is too small to put personal items on.

Staff and location was great. Lots of privacy. Very safe area. I stayed in 2 different rooms. One was much better than the other. At times, wifi was not great

If you are a friend of Dorothy's, then you couldn't ask for a better location, considering you literally enter & exit from a bar. The room was clean & crisp. You're in the action, but you don't have to be if you wish. I was pleasantly surprised with my last minute stay & am returning for an extended day of my last minute trip to Jomtien Beach. I would recommend this.

Excellent location with many bars, restaurants, and nightlife in the area. Within walking distance to the beach. Staff was very attentive and catered to my needs. The view from the room is very nice and the value for what you pay is unbeatable! There were some problems with the water in the bathroom, which is understandable since they just switched to a new owner a few days ago.

Close to the beaches and delicious food places. A bit loud music in the bars. But if you come for the night life, gay bars it’s a suitable place

Because there is a place to eat outside the room and you are comfortable at night I want to drink wine. I do not like being there because there is no rug when leaving the bathroom, it makes the room unclean and causes some annoyance. The room also has no walking shoes. But other than that, all is well. -if you can add, I think good.

The fact I was careful enough to reduce nights booked from 4 to 1 finding a viable alternative, though location and restaurants and venues around superb. Location and bright sunny rooms a plus, with right management can be a pearl. I didn’t mind that the room was provided with no toiletries and it took an hour to collect and get from a room one floor bellow(poor guests there), also not mind that much furnitures missing and after 2.5 hours at least a table was retrieved and delivered. After all isn’t it the guest responsibility to put together a inhabitable room….(???!!!). WHAT BOTHERED ME REALLY IS THAT THE ROOM BOOKED WAS SPECIFICALLY “GARDEN VU WITH BALCONY” AND CONFIRMED AS SUCH (paid in advance) IT WAS NOT HONORED!!! In further review management admitted “by mistake was given to a guest of long stay”(Mi$take I will call it ). Earlier reviews by departing guests tell me mine was not ‘first time mistake’ ;same “mistake”!happened to Jean from France 29/11/23. Not good!!! In photos can see:no sitting area as in description in room balcony with 2 chairs but no table(till after 2.5 hours wait following complaints), bathroom on arrival striped of toiletries-not good.

everything was wonderful, good and friendly check-in at the hotel, clean, comfortable and a room with a balcony on the 4th floor.

The music from the outside bars is too loud and stops playing only about 2-3 am at night. The apartment description says it is quiet enough in the room, but when there is a party outside, which happens almost every day - it is not.
