I could not open my window blinds as business next door (10ft away) hung their laundry everyday. Bathroom did not have area for toiletries. Sink Counter top was l too small. Also, they should add standing closets for clothing storage.

Very secure, all new hotel. Wifi is solid and fast. Breakroom for coffee and water. Easy walk to shopping and the beach. No rooftop patio. No view.

A Great location a short walk to soi Bukaow. The bed was slightly firm for my liking.

Clean and updated rooms. Good beds and a friendly staff. Solid value.

- simple, good room design - hotel location could not be found on Grab nor Google Maps (as it had just opened 1-2 months prior to my stay) - rather lengthy check-in with quite a few paper forms to sign

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place is new, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and we especially want to recognize the receptionist, Macky, for being exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Macky’s warm attitude and professionalism truly made my stay even better. The hotel has a mini dining area where you can have free coffee, tea or some biscuits. A keycard is given upon entry. . Right next door there is a cafe and a laundry shop. And nearby, a massage place, barbershop, 3-4 restaurants in the same row and 7-11. They also offer free trolley service from the hotel to central festival. My only concern is the lack of an accessible walkway or handrails for guests who use canes, wheelchairs, or have mobility challenges. There are only three steps leading to the entrance, so it’s manageable, but adding proper accessibility features would make the experience even better for everyone.

Congratulations to this hotel: it has the rare talent of turning castles in the air into concrete walls. "City view" here apparently means a romantic view of the neighboring building’s wall-grey, gloomy, and as inspiring as a parking garage at 3 a.m. If you actually want to see anything other than plaster and pigeon droppings, you can, of course, buy an "upgrade." For the city view you already paid for, mind you. Visionary: charge first, charge again later-and in the end you get "a slightly better view." Brilliant. On to the grand performance of nickel-and-diming: - 500 THB for a stained towel. A bargain, considering you can buy about five new towels in Thailand for that money. But why be reasonable when you can be ridiculous? - 500 THB for guests visiting. In Pattaya. Yes, in Pattaya. That’s like paying an entrance fee to see sand at the beach-bold and utterly tone-deaf. The staff? A textbook example of how to consistently avoid professionalism: unfriendly, annoyed, and with the charming baseline attitude of "the guest is a nuisance." Complaints aren’t resolved here; they’re processed-with the elegance of a rusty shopping cart. Bottom line: If you’re looking for concrete views, creative fees, and the romance of a service desert, this is your spot. For everyone else: Pattaya doesn’t just have better options-virtually every option is better.
