The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-designed, which made the stay extremely relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was also excellent, close to everything important and convenient for getting around. There was no air conditioning in the gym, which made it uncomfortable to use. In addition, the dry sauna was not working during my stay, which was disappointing.

The pools good nice pool and good seating. The rooms are good a little bit noise at night in some location. The locations good we can walk to most Bars clubs and Restaurants. Some of the other guest can be a bit rude. Breakfast was good it could have a bit more variety,

The cleaning ladies were so sweet and friendly. Did a good job with cleaning The front desk ladies (younger ones) were mean and made feel that that I was bothering them when i had a request. Gave me the worst room and I stayed there for 2 weeks. Bad service, Not friendly, a bit rude. Customers will not come Back with this experience.

Location is good if you want to be colse to bars and clubs. It can be loud during night but that is expected on that location. Stuff was extra friendly.

I stayed with my mother for a 2-day trip to Pattaya. The location is great. The hotel lobby is too impressive. I had booked a standard deluxe room for a very cheap price. So initially the jet shower wasn't working but when complained- the technician immediately rushed in and changed it for a new one. The shower gel was missing in the washroom but on complain again - it was filled up immediately. The socket points in the room are only 1 which was a very big disappointment. But on complaint - they gave us the multi socket extension which solved the problem. The lighting of the room is very very less. They need to work upon it. The AC wasn't working well - it wasn't cooling. But on complain - the technician came in and washed the dirt out and then it worked fantastic! So bottom line - readily maybe the facilities aren't available but their support is great and very quick to respond. The vegetarian breakfast options should be more. We could only eat bread & butter and fruits and cereals. Rest everything was non-veg.

Away from the noisy bars but only a few minutes walk. Restaurants nearby Nothing

With the location you also buy the noise until 3am at night. Double bed was two single beds pushed together and the mattresses had a stiffen border , do you end up with a wooden like barrier in the middle of the bed .
