Good value for money ? and the night market is just opposite of the hotel.amazing staff and the beach ?️ is about 10-15minutes walk. Every thing about the hotel ? is amazing and there is nothing to complaint.

-Highly attentive and polite staffs. Even a 1am request was promptly responded to and supported. -Comfortable room. Great location. Plenty of carparks. -Not perfect but it is excellence value for its price. -Pretty good (included) breakfast. -While the room was reasonably clean, I encountered a tiny cockroach in the room, so I have to deduct the score on the cleanliness. I have to note though that a staff quickly arrived once I called the reception, and the roach was deal with very quickly. I didn't have another incident following that.

The room was large, the bed had a soft comfortable mattress which was refreshing and the toilet was excellent with a walk in shower with rainfall shower head and a directional shower head. The aircon was excellent and my room 409 was on the side of the building which was very quiet. N/A

location & Reception staff Mint and Naam were very good and very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. check in experience was extremely bad. Reception staff Momo was very rude. Glad that we did not see her after that as we were told that she was on leave. she was not customer friendly and very bossy as if we were staying at her expenses or at her mercy. We feel she is not fit for that position and she needs to be trained for customer service. There was no room service or house keeping done for the previous day of our check out although we reminded the various staff at least three times.
