Good location, near Terminal 21 (shopping centre), Soi 6 (bars) and Walking Street (easy to reach by tuk tuk 10 bath!). Every room have a balcony and are well furnished (safety box, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, tv, ecc); bathroom is large and shower well working! Value for money. Sometimes housekeeping make noise and shout.

Nothing , staff was very lazy and not accommodating at all . Will never stay again !!! Not worth half the money they charge. Was dirty, air conditioning was very old and the rooms spelt bad , needs a big renovation. Everything is old and doesn’t work . Never stayed in a dive like this

The room photo aren't same with the real and it felt like scam when you booked it because of the room photo but found it totally different.

I had booked room for 10 days. Had to check out after 3 days. Room was dirty. Marks on all the walls, finger prints, stains, brown stains like coffee running down walls, mould on hinge of fridge and in bathroom area. Skirting board had big stains on it.

Nice sea view from the room At 11:30 tried to enter the room to gather stuff so could check out. Access denied. Was forced to go downstairs, asked why couldn't enter - - oh it's because it expired. Well WHY did it expire? Expensive place, no breakfast included, bad attitude, wifi non existent (just keeps coming and going making it useless). Seems like a money grubbing place trying to get maximum and giving nothing in return in terms of service. Avoid if you can.
