Our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service. The only area that could be improved is the rooms. They would benefit from some renovation and better maintenance. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Paid far to much for a six night stay

The hotel has a grand presence. You are welcomed with smile. I found some staff exceptionally supportive. I must mention Atee the bell boy for his excellent service. Reception girls were okay. Location is a plus. Room I stayed was large. Breakfast was good. I do mot mind staying in old fashioned property if maintained properly. The bathroom was not so clean. Saw ants all over. Furniture, bed, door dresser damaged. Old TV. Remote was not working. There was cleaning machine sound at 6am just by the room. Lift had foul odor. Open air breakfast with birds sharing your dishes :( You have to deposit for security and extra deposit for extension cord. Rooms didn’t have convenient charging points. Bathroom too narrow compared to room. There is no walking shower and found the bathtub slippery. At least a shower may would lower the risk. The hot water tap had dirty water. Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste and other toiletries . They only provide shower gel, soap and shower cap .

Amazing staff in the perfect location. Hotel has some older amenities but is clean and well maintained. We stay every time we are in Pattaya!

Great location and good staff Luckily only stayed 1 night 1. There was no running hot water from taps. No alternative arrangement or information was provided on this. This made our stay in the 2 rooms miserable. 2. The condition of the bath tub was disgusting that we couldn't even step into it. 3. The property and room itself was in very bad condition with wrecked walls and furniture 4. The rooms didn't have lockers in them 5. The lift doors would shut very quickly that I git jammed in them couple of times during my 1 night stay

Location is close to the beach, restaurant, supermarket and laundry. Concierge staff is hospitable. I have booked the hotel by looking at the property photos. Whereas the actual scenario is different. The actual situation is attached in this photo. 1. Reception staff is not friendly. 2. Room telephone was not working and not fixed even after complaining. 3. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. When requested for a different room, they have showed other rooms. But all the rooms are in the same condition. 4. Breakfast is not value for the money. 5. On the day of check out the staff cut down the power at 12pm without any intimation. They have come and informed about the checkout after switching off the power. 6. Reception staff is not polite. When requested about why they haven't asked me about extension they said they have called my room few times which is not working. 7. Hot water was not working half of the time on our 8 day stay. 8. Additional money for extra bed, early checkin, early checkout which is acceptable. But the staff treating the guest is rude. 9. Staff at reception requires training.
