The price and the location This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The biggest problem was the behavior of two staff members, Apple and May. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect toward guests. They raised their voices, laughed in a mocking manner, and made me feel completely unwelcome. This is not how hotel staff should treat customers. The room was also very disappointing. It was not clean, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, no towels were provided, no toothbrushes were available, and several basic amenities were missing. On top of that, the pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this review seriously. Apple and May should receive proper customer service and hospitality training to learn how to communicate respectfully and professionally with guests. Their attitude is unacceptable and damages the hotel’s reputation. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made to both the cleanliness and the quality of customer service.

Loction I would also like to report another unacceptable incident involving Apple. I informed the front desk that I wanted a late check-out, and I was told that I could stay until 5:00 PM by paying 1,200 THB. I agreed to the charge. However, at around 12:00 PM, Apple called my room and demanded that I leave immediately and check out. I reminded her that I had already arranged a late check-out and agreed to pay the 1,200 THB. She refused and told me it was not allowed, insisting that I leave the room. She then called my room more than six times in a row, putting unnecessary pressure on me. When I finally went downstairs to check out because I believed my late check-out had been denied, Apple suddenly demanded that I pay the 1,200 THB anyway. I asked why I should pay for a late check-out that I was not allowed to use. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she raised her voice, laughed in my face, and continued insisting that I pay. After that, she took my room key cards and then told me to go back to the room until 5:00 PM, handing the cards back in a very disrespectful manner. This entire situation was confusing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Guests should be treated with respect and clear communication, not intimidation, inconsistent information, or rude behavior.

Nothing I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are in poor condition, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful hotel experience.

The hotel is quiet, with clean, spacious rooms and a large, well-maintained pool

Huge pools, wonderful room on top floor with sea views. Clean and comfortable bed. Splendid balcony and used it alot. Breakfast is spot on with many choices. Everything is good here

Location was great. Beautiful view. Pool very nice. Availability of massage by pool. Front desk was very responsive as we had arrived with a difficult question. The hotel when built was obviously beautiful but now it appears very tired and in need of updating and some repairs.

Hello from Norway. I stayed at Welcome World for two weeks. Stayed in a suite with a fantastic sea view. My best selling point is the fantastic bed. Without a doubt the best bed I have slept in, in Thailand. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, from the reception, to the cleaners and the restaurant were also very friendly and accommodating. It was completely quiet in the room at night, which is also appreciated. The exit to the beach practically took you to the beach. The exit to the main road was about 300 meters to walk. I will definitely return to Welcome World. On the minus side, it can be mentioned that they used to have a fantastic restaurant, but now the menu has been changed. Not as fantastic for my taste. It doesn't mean anything to me, as I eat all my meals out.

Nice pool, great location, especially those who enjoy morning sport activities e.g. open water, yoga, running, biking. The room was spacious, even though it looked a bit old. I'd recommend an interior renovation. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. The parking lot is adequate. I will come back very soon. The room was spacious, even though it looked a bit old. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort. The location is excellent, the views are breathtaking, and the breakfast was delightful. The staff overall were warm and welcoming special thanks to Nan and Taa for her exceptional hospitality. However, we did have an unfortunate experience with one staff member, Apple, who came across as rude, arrogant, and displayed behavior that felt discriminatory. This was disappointing in an otherwise pleasant experience. A few areas could use improvement particularly the cleanliness, which did not meet expectations. We kindly request the resort management to consider conducting basic pest control to enhance the overall comfort and hygiene of the property. Ratings: 1. Location: 10/10 2.
