Property was wonderful and it was on the midst of prime location. Staff were really helpful and they even helped me to recover my lost car key on time. Nil

Nothing! The pictures must be AI because this is Nothing like the dirty room I experienced. And to have the manager Kim to justify the nastiness based on pricing. From check in very rude. The room door was wide open room was hot. I had an engagement so I changed clothes and asked if I could clean sheets when I get back and was told no i can change room when I return. I came back and like magic the ac remote was on the bed, it wasnt there before I left. The pictures must be AI because this is Nothing like the dirty room I experienced. And to have the manager Kim to justify the nastiness based on pricing. I checked out and didnt stay the night and they refused to refund the second night. I expressed how I support local small businesses when I travel and the manager was very rude stating that if I stay at Marriott why would I book them. I booked based on Booking score and recommendation! I ended up going to Marriott because I was afraid to book anything else on booking. How can you give someone a room with black mold on the walls and a dirty floor and sink with hair in it. Fridge had wires hanging I mean regardless of price people deserve to sleep in comfort.

Check in process is quick and simple. Rooms are big and the beds are good. Stayed here before and would stay here again. They also have water filling stations. N/A

Honestly, the experience was more comfortable than I expected. The hotel is quite new and very clean, with everything well organized and peaceful. What stood out most was the attention to small details, like the smooth check-in process and the staff’s genuinely polite and natural attitude. The room was comfortable, and the lighting felt easy on the eyes, which is something you don’t always find. The location is also very convenient—close to everything, yet still quiet. It really felt like a place to relax, not just somewhere to sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the same city Room 4003 ???? Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Even the smallest details felt well thought out in their own way. Everything had its own unique touch, which made the overall experience feel different and more enjoyable than usual?? The reception and restaurant staff were excellent, very polite and friendly. The restaurant food was good, tasty, and quite satisfying.??

one employee treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. she kept saying the same illogical things. I asked for a refund and left.

A comfortable room and medium firm bed that was comfortable. Good good in the restaurant with friendly staff. An excellent location for LK Metro and Las Vegas beer garden. The Shower needs modernising as it is old but it had adequate pressure.

The location is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I've stayed here many times and something has definitely changed. The staff no longer smile or even exchange greetings upon entry to the lobby. Odd for Thailand.

Great location, comfortable bed, large room, when I return to Pattaya I would definitely stay there again Shower area needs a better clean , water hose for shower needs cleaning to remove mold , but overall pleased

The room was large and comfortable and surprisingly quiet as its location is exceptional and next to Soi Lk Metro. Nothing to complain about at this price point.

I had a great stay, good air conditioning, I liked YouTube. Lots of choices for eating. I liked the sausage pizza they served. The toilet leaking water constantly

Property needs a little work because it is old.

Spacious room. Located right next to Soi Buakho. There's an elevator to go to upper floors. Drinking water is provided. Little bit noisier in the night. But it was ok. It would be better if tea coffee was available at the room. There was no soap dispenser at the sink (wash basin) it would be better if a soap dispenser was available there.

Staff were great No daily water ,had to ask to have the room made up daily and towels were small, thin and had holes in them
