Low class budget hotel with cheap amenities. Poor staff and the maid woke me up at 9 am to clean my room.

I was very impressed with the hotel in terms of cleanliness, calm, and excellent location in the heart of Pattaya, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and everything a guest might need. I also appreciated the excellent service from the reception, cafeteria, and all the staff, especially those I would like to mention Filn,wan,klang,Jeab and Mrs Earn .

My balcony room could not be faulted,looked after daily by efficient and patient staff. Only one elevator.

Only thing with a negative comment from me would be afternoon calls to the room asking if you wanted it cleaned when I had already pressed the do not disturb button. But that is just a small gripe. I will definitely be staying here again. Being a regular traveller to the place I can spot a real bargain when I see one.

Location, roof top pool, comfortable bed and room. Good staff. Good value. More cable options, ie U- Tube, Prime, News Channels for English Language foreigners.

A bit of a walk to the beach, but it was not a big deal.

It was my third stay at that hotel and I will come back. I had the Premium Double room which is pretty large with wall-to-wall windows and a large balcony with a great view. The staff is really good, housekeeping is great. Great location steps away from Treetown. Very affordable. No breakfast but there is a nice restaurant a couple doors away

One of the best hotels I stayed at. The Premium room is fantastic, large, great sofas, looks modern, large window, great view of the soi, etc. Great value, good staff, great restaurants around. Great AC, overall quiet, good balconies, good location. Difficult to find a negative. Maybe a tiny bit annoying to have to use a keycard for the elevator.

Staff were so friendly, always said hello and with a smile on their faces, facilities were excellent and the location close to Soi buakhao was perfect

The noise level was very high from the busy street in front of the hotel and especially from huge busses carrying hundreds Indian men to and from some dodgy massage palace opposite the hotel every day. If it wasn't for the noise this hotel would get a 10 rating from me.

Just an average facility among many others The noisy air, the noise from AC , the shower pipe that blocked and water accumulated, the front desk staff attitude. The hair of the previous guest folded inside the bedsheets. The proximity to body soap massage facility in front.
