Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and welcoming staff. My primary choice of hotel for my next stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – An Absolute Gem in Central Pattaya! "I cannot recommend this hotel enough! For a budget-friendly 3-star property, the value you get here is unmatched. The standout feature is definitely the staff—from the front desk team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, everyone is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The room was remarkably clean, highly spacious, and featured a great smart TV and a solid Wi-Fi connection. The location strikes the perfect balance: it’s just a short walk away from the bustling nightlife of Soi Buakhao and Tree Town, yet tucked far enough away that you can enjoy a perfectly quiet, peaceful night's sleep without any street noise. There is a 7-Eleven just minutes away, and local food options are everywhere. If you don't mind walking a few flights of stairs (as there's no lift), this is hands-down the best spot for solo travelers and couples looking for comfort without breaking the bank. Will absolutely stay here again

Value, location & staff

The Staff and Cleaning Service were EXCELLENT! I Lloved the team there. The help from the front desk was excellent and the daily cleaning was thorough. Can't say enough about these folks. And finally, on Booking.com they were the best deal out there. The hotel needs an upgrade! It is circa 1985 when you walk in. I bet it was very nice in 1985, but times have changed and its time to update the rooms. Also, TV was a problem as cables were old and connections were bad. I haven't seen pictures on high-def TV look this bad since the 90s.

I had booked 2 nights but next morning I want to leave. Then they wanted to give me another room where the bed linen is used multiple times too, judging by the dirty spots! I had booked 2 nights but left after 1 night.

Ron & Sirada price was good, close to shops, laundry bed sheets were very worn, not fitted so kept coming off. the room smelt of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. 4th floor with no lift so older people may find that a challenge.

Rooms were cleaned so well. Bed was comfortable and staff was 10/10

I wouldn't go to a place like this, and even a half-star hotel isn't worth it. The rooms are very old, everything is broken, there's a smell of gasoline in the room, the service is very bad. Shame on the booking company that advertises such a hotel. My storage room at home is cleaner and tidier than this hotel, I don't understand how you can call it a hotel, there's not a single good thing you can say about this disgusting hotel, it's a hotel for mice

The view from the room. I stayed there for 4 days, but they changed the room on the 4th day morning to the other room. Which made me uncomfortable. Since I need to repack the things twice.

Sadou (boss) , and staff were absolutely great!……….. even got me to an appt by shuttling me by motorcycle to get me there on time………… would recommend this place. Surrounded by action everywhere, yet very quiet and calm in the evening!………. Late night food and drink obtainable in all directions by foot………. Very safe and secure…….. Enjoyed my stay knowing the staff was watching out for us, and more than willing to help, no matter the need!!
