In stark contrast to the way the lobby and outside areas looked, the rooms were in need of repair, upgrading and the cleanliness was lacking. The bathrooms had mold around the sink and bathtub, water damage and lots of chipped paint. The beds were so hard we woke up with sore shoulders and hips.

Loved Ginny, she had the biggest smile, and so welcoming every morning. I would say she’s the most valuable employee. The pool was very nice but outdated a bit. Need some work. Being close to the beach. The breakfast every morning was nice and fresh and full. The bathrooms need to be updated. The bed was hard but doable. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Very dated.

Nice beach view. decent facilities. The pool and lawn areas are unuseable. All the chairs and umbrellas are reserved with towels by people before breakfast. and they go shopping. Security should remove these towels if these areas are empty. I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. and this has been the same problem. What's the point of coming to a resort if you can't use the pool? I can go to Hawaii or Mexico. I will never come here again.

The walk ways were very moldy, and the room, including the air conditioners, were very dusty. The hotel needs to urgently improve the quality of the management of the rooms and facilities.

The staff are nice and are doing their best with a very old hotel. Pool is nice. Plenty of sun loungers. One plug socket in a double bedroom and it was on the other side of the room from the bed. Hotel was very dated - probably not had a refurb since the 80’s (or when it was built) The bathroom was ridiculous, I can’t even explain the complications of flushing the toilet, the shower was in a very yellow stained bathtub. Double bed was two singles just pushed together. Omelettes were ready made and cold at breakfast which wasn’t pleasant. I came for a convention and definitely won’t return. Other guests moved my towel from the lounger, really rude. I didn’t enjoy my experience there at all.

The beach and the hotel surroundings are very captivating, and the hotel's breakfast buffet is also delicious. The beach view is truly beautiful. The rules and regulations state that check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 PM, but they were allowed us to check in at 3 PM because the room was not ready and they just apologized with a simple 'sorry' , it felt like they were breaking their own rules. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear conversations from the hallway as if they were inside the room, and the sounds from inside the room could also be heard from outside.
