The room just exceeded the expectations, beautiful sunset with the little private jacuzzi one at the balcony giving this such an amazing experience. The layout is perfect and I do like the bathroom which is huge. The pool is great and I do like the pool color. Breakfast is good and the food at Cabbage and Condoms are amazing. The shower part, even though it is lovely, may not be suitable for disabled or elderly. A lot of flies in some areas in the restaurant part.

totally delivers on the name Birds and Bees, surrounded with trees, plants and rustic surrounding i felt instant calm every time I walked in from hectic day of work and exploration. Staff was super helpful and friendly and helped in check-in seamlessly even at 1 am due to my flight timings. They also help me organise a decent taxi to Bangkok at a very decent price. Also, I could walk to the small beach from the property itself, so cool! Everything was good at the price it was offered, slightly old construction, but I like it. Cabbages and Condoms, is such a cool restaurant name, loved it! I think they can make it more fun with some activities that bring in that fun vibe!

The staff were great! They were very helpful, polite, respectful. The place's ambiance was truly refreshing. Food was great! The living room furniture set in the Big Bee Family suite is quite run-down already.

The room has really bad smell like shit during the whole stay. I once complained about it on the second day, the staff tried to cope with it but it didn't fully solve this issue. Except for this, everything was beyond my expectation.

We stayed at Big Bug room thus time and the noice from the next room was extremely loud. No sound proof at all. If you're staying at both rooms as a family, it works but otherwise this room needs improvement. We'll still come back but will stay in different rooms.

Some of the areas have a lot of mosquitoes since it’s very forest like place. I think they just have to fix that part of the resort. And unfortunately, they were renovating the adult pool during our stay.

Loved the jungle garden and loved being able to stay in a bunk room with our young kids. Also loved the children’s pool! We arrived to find that the main pool was closed for renovation— would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also the condom-clad mannequins rather degraded the otherwise gorgeous setting.

Gorgeous pool and beautiful restaurant. Lovely green grounds, and big family rooms. The beds were very hard, the rooms were a little bit dark, and some mildew in the bathrooms.

Nothing at all. Horrendous place. My wife and I had a horrendous experience at Birds & Bees Resort in Pattaya. We have travelled to over 5 countries in the last 4 months and stayed at over 10 hotels, and this was by far the worst of them. When we checked in, upon realising that our room was darkly lit due to the lack of natural sunlight and poor electrical lighting, we requested to see if there was another room. They said the only option was to go for a deluxe upgrade. Upon requesting the details of the deluxe option, they tried to take advantage of us by quoting a price that was 50% above what was available on booking.com When we pointed out the price disparity, they reduced the rate. The workers at the reception and security were incredibly rude. They talked down to my wife and I. Then in the evening, we realised that the room did not have functioning hot water and sufficient water pressure. When we called for assistance, they did not respond for nearly an hour. Then they asked us to move to another room at 3 in the morning since they did not have maintenance staff. Having undergone these terrible experiences, we asked for a refund for at least one of our two nights since we have not even stayed a full one night. They refused. We checked out immediately, took the cost hit and checked in at another hotel nearby which was significantly better. The horrible experience does not end there. At the very end, the receptionist at Birds & Bees tried to charge us a fee for "misplacing" the room card but soon realised that he himself has taken it and put it in the office drawer. I urge viewers to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are better options in Pattaya.
